Title:Sistemi kakovosti po ISO 9001 v podjetju Sinter d. o. o.

Abstract:V diplomskem delu se osredotočamo na proučevanje ISO-standardov in na podjetje Sinter, d. o. o. Skozi analizo literature smo predstavili ISO-standarde iz serij 8000, 9000, 14001 in 26000. Predstavili smo podjetje Sinter, d. o. o., uvedbo ISO-standarda v podjetje in spremembe, ki jih je bilo treba sprejeti pred uvedbo ISO-standarda. V diplomskem delu smo uporabili opisno oz. deskriptivno metodo s študijem različne domače in tuje literature. Prav tako smo uporabili primerjalno metodo. Uporabili smo jo pri primerjavi stanja v podjetju Sinter pred in po uvedbi ISO-standardov. Pri primerjalni metodi smo uporabili tudi statistične vire. Z omenjeno metodo smo primerjali rezultate uvedbe ISO-standarda v podjetju Sinter in v sorodnem podjetju. Metode intervjujev smo uporabili pri primerjavi uvedbe ISO-standarda v sorodnem podjetju. V delu smo raziskali pogoje za uvedbo sprememb v podjetju Sinter, z namenom pridobitve ISO-standarda. Skozi delo smo opredelili različna področja (sistem vodenja kakovosti, odgovornost vodstva, vodenje virov, realizacijo proizvodnje, merjenje, analizo in izboljšave), na katerih je moralo podjetje sprejeti določene spremembe, da je ustrezalo zahtevanim pogojem za podelitev certifikata. Z raziskavo je bilo ugotovljeno, da je uvedba ISO-standarda 9001 v podjetju Sinter povzročila pozitivne spremembe zlasti v odnosih s kupci, po drugi strani pa je prispevala k večjemu obsegu zahtevane dokumentacije. S pridobljenimi statističnimi podatki smo ugotovili, da je razširjenost uvedbe ISO-standarda 9001 med slovenskimi podjetji sorazmerno nizka.

Title:Quality management system in Sinter d.o.o. company
Abstract:In this paper, we study the ISO Standard in the Slovene company Sinter d.o.o. By analysing the literature, we introduce the ISO Standards 8000, 9000, 14001 and 26000. We briefly present the Sinter company, the introduction of the ISO Standard into the company and all the necessary changes that were implemented before the introduction of the ISO Standard. We used the descriptive research method, combined with the analysis of various Slovene and foreign literature. We also utilised the comparative research method in our comparison of the Sinter company’s condition before and after the introduction of the ISO Standards. In the comparative research method, we used different statistical sources. We also compared the company’s results of the ISO Standards introduction with another similar company. We conducted interviews to gather data for our comparison of the two companies. The paper studies the conditions that enable changes in the Sinter company, which then allow the introduction of the ISO Standards. We identified various working fields that the company had to adjust, to fit the vesting conditions before being granted the certificate, e.g. quality management system, management accountability, source management, production realization, measurement, analysis and improvements. The implementation of ISO 9001 in the company Sinter had positive impact, particularly in relations with customers. On the other side, it brought more paper work in the company. With the help of the acquired statistical data, we established that the penetration of the ISO Standard 9001 among Slovene companies is low.
