Title:Stanovanjska gradnja in evropska shema za okoljsko poročanje Level(s) : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava področje stanovanjske gradnje in shemo za okoljsko poročanje Level(s). Obravnava stanovanjsko problematiko, dotakne se tako pomanjkanja stanovanj kot tudi problema nehomogene in nekakovostne gradnje. Izpostavlja pomen trajnostnega načrtovanja. Za potrebe magistrskega dela smo izbrali nepozidano stavbno zemljišče, za katerega smo s pomočjo sheme Level(s) zastavili osnovne cilje, ki naj bi jih načrtovana stanovanjska gradnja dosegla. Prvi, teoretični del magistrskega dela temelji na pregledu literature s področja stanovanjske in trajnostne gradnje, na analizi sheme za okoljsko poročanje Level(s) in na pregledu regulative. V drugem, empiričnem delu smo predstavili stanovanjsko gradnjo na območju z oznako urejanja prostora DŽ-54, predstavili smo makro, mezo in mikro lokacijo ter izpostavili tipologije, ki pridejo v poštev pri načrtovanju stanovanjske gradnje. Za obravnavano območje smo preučili veljavno prostorsko zakonodajo ter na primeru načrtovanja stanovanjske gradnje uporabili shemo za okoljsko poročanje Level(s). Evropska shema za okoljsko poročanje Level(s) je sestavljena iz šestih makro ciljev, za dosego katerih je predvidena uporaba kazalnikov. Pri shemi smo uporabili kazalnike, ki so obvezni za uporabo sheme Level(s). S pomočjo zbrane literature smo si na podlagi podobnosti zastavili cilje za fazo načrtovanja projekta stanovanjske gradnje na obravnavanem območju. S tem smo zastavili izhodišča za zasnovo modela ocenjevanja trajnostnega potenciala projektov, ki ga bo mogoče uporabiti tudi v prihodnje. Ugotovili smo, da omejitve in pogoji na izbrani lokaciji omogočajo razvoj strnjene stanovanjske gradnje. Ugotovili smo tudi, da je zasnova projekta načrtovanja stanovanjske gradnje na obravnavanem območju s pomočjo uporabe Sheme Level(s) kompleksna, pri čemer trajnostni kriteriji stavb še niso dovolj uveljavljeni.

Abstract:The master's thesis deals with the field of residential construction and the Level(s) environmental reporting scheme. It deals with housing issues, it touches on both - the lack of housing and the problem of inhomogeneous and poor quality construction. It underlines the importance of sustainable planning. For the purpose of the master's thesis, we selected unbuilt building land, for which we set the basic goals with the help of the Level(s) scheme that the planned residential construction is expected to achieve. The theoretical part of the master's thesis is based on a review of the literature in the field of residential and sustainable construction, on a review of legislation and an analysis of the Level(s) environmental reporting scheme. In the empirical part, we presented residential construction in the area with the landscaping designation DZ-54. For the area dealt with, we used the Level(s) environmental reporting scheme in the case of housing planning. The European reporting scheme Level(s) consists of six macro targets. While using the scheme Level(s), only mandatory indicators were used. We have set out the starting points for the design of a sustainable project potential assessment model that can be used also in the future. We found that restrictions and conditions at the selected location with the landscaping designation DZ-54 enable the development of condensed residential construction. We found that the design of a residential construction-planning project in the selected area is complex, using the Level (s) scheme, with the sustainable criteria for buildings not yet sufficiently established.
