Abstract:Kadrovski management ima svoje korenine v obdobju konec 19. stoletja.

Abstract:Human resource management has its roots in the period of the late 19th century. It represents a new approach to managing employees within an organization - employees must be as efficient as possible to help achieve the strategic goals of the organization and thereby, give the organization a competitive edge in the market. What qualities define a good leader? The way people are led has a significant impact on achieving the goals that each organization sets out for itself. There are many different approaches to leadership: some of them are more and some of them are less efficient. In the literature, one can find a large number of leadership theories developed by different authors through different research. Project management is one of the leadership styles that developed in the early 1950s in the United States. Project work differs from routine work and, as such, requires a specific approach in managing the members of a project team. The project manager must, therefore, possess all the qualities of a good manager and also know, understand, and use the techniques and tools (international standards and methodology, such as PMBOK and Prince2) necessary to complete the project from start to finish successfully. The question this thesis attempts to answer is: "To what extent the project manager's personality influences the successful implementation of the project?"
