Abstract:Telo z okolico optimalno izmenjuje dihalne pline, da zagotovi normalno oksigenacijo telesa ter vsem notranjim organom in celicam omogoči, da se tvori energija, ki jo telo porablja za svojo funkcijo. V telesu se z izločanjem CO2 in vnašanjem 02 ustvarja notranje ravnovesje, ki ob predpogoju ostalih parametrov vzdržuje nespremenljivo notranje okolje človeka, kar je predpogoj za normalno delovanje telesa. Namen diplomske naloge je bil predstaviti dihalni proces, njegov pomen, njegovo optimalno delovanje in kakšen vpliv ima na potek fizioterapevtske obravnave. Človek lahko vpliva na svoje zunanje dihanje razumsko, ga zazna in usmerja. Posameznik lahko z dihalnimi vajami dihanje optimizira in ustvari v človeku še prijaznejše okolje, s katerim človek intenzivno in poglavitno vpliva na zmožnost svojega organizma za razvoj. Na splošno zavestno dihanje vpliva na usklajenost avtonomnega živčnega sistema, izboljša koncentracijo, mentalno zdravje in na splošno poskrbi za dobrobit našega telesa kot celote.

Title:The importance of performing breathing exercises as a form of relaxation
Abstract:When body exchanges the breathing gases with environment optimally, that means that levels of oxygen in body are high and cells can produce energy that body uses to function. When body exhales the CO2 and inhales O2 it creates the balance that leads to constant internal environment in organism and that is the key for functioning properly. The purpose of this assignment was to present the process of breathing in general. We presented its meaning, optimal systematics and how breathing affects the quality of life in general and in physioterapeutical matter. Human can control its breathing and this is the base of breathing exercises that optimize breathing and makes environment inside the body even healthier, because human intensively and essentially affects body's need for development. Breathing has an effect on nerve system, it makes concentration better, it strengthens mental health and sets the balance between mind and body.
