Rezultati: Preiskovanci so v povprečju bili v zmerni in visoki telesni dejavnosti (ZVTD) 79,1 (±29,1) minut dnevno. Gibalno nedejavni so bili 656,0 (±72,1) minut dnevno.

Title:Physical activity of Higher Educational Institution Fizioterapevtika students
Abstract:Introduction and purpose: Physical activity have positive effects on body and quality of life. This assignment?s intention is to find out the quantity and the physical activity habits of the students of the Higher Education Institute Fizioterapevtika. Methods: We randomly enrolled 40 students. Physical activity was measured using an accelerometer (Actigraph, GT3X+, USA), worn on the right hip for 7 consecutive days. At the end, students answered two questionnaires (GPAQ and SIMPAQ). Results: Participants spent 79.1 (±29.1) minutes/day in moderate and vigorous physical activity (MVPA). Further, they spent 656.0 (±72.1) minutes/day in physical inactivity. In average all participants achieved minimal daily norms for moderate to vigorous physical activity (set at >30 minutes/day). After dividing participants in both sex groups, we did not find differences in any physical activity phenotype. Lastly, we did not find any correlations between objective and subjective measurable method. Usability: The diploma work is intended for those who want to learn more about physical activity and its effects on body and qualitiy of life. Limitations: We should examine larger group of participants, who are equally distributed by gender. Questionnaries could have additional and more accurate questions. The outcomes of the current study we support with researches only in english and slovenian language.
