Title:Pravniška etika, primerjava med pravosodnimi poklici in javno upravo
Abstract:Ethics is a philosophical discipline that deals with the study of morality. Ethics is related to morality in a narrower sense, which means that ethics is a philosophy of morality. Primarily, its use in practice is related to interpretation and distinguishing between good and evil, as well as distinguishing between the moral and the immoral. The bachelor's thesis covers ethics as a scientific discipline in connection with legal professions and public administration. The thesis is a reflection of the comparison of legal ethics in the currently existing system of the Republic of Slovenia. In the thesis, I have used the method of historical interpretation in connection with the systematic interpretation, thus showing the importance of ethics and ethical competence. By means of analysing stand-alone publications, legal texts, articles, etc. I came to the intersection of concepts and their causality. Afterwards, I put it all together into a meaningful whole. The aim of the thesis was to find the properties of all concepts explore the main differences between them and answer the hypotheses set. I have provided an answer to the hypotheses through critical reviews of the codes of ethics of various professions. I considered the judicial professions and the public administration professions. The most important findings and differences between the codes are written at the end. I also mentioned how the responsibility and problem of professions affects the provisions in the codes.
