Title:Vloga operativnega menedžmenta v povezavi z devolucijo kadrovske funkcije : študija primera izbora kadra v multinacionalnem okolju s področja medicine

Abstract:V današnjem svetu hitrega razvoja in močne konkurence moramo imeti načrt, kako bomo kljubovali konkurenčnemu boju na trgu. Ključnega pomena za organizacijo je kvalificiran in ustrezen kader. Da bi uresničili kakovost in bili konkurenčni na trgu, se moramo pripraviti na boj in ustrezno »oborožiti« z pravimi ljudmi. Organizacije vse bolj postavljajo v ospredje človeka. V dobi razvoja so v ospredju zadovoljstvo, uspeh in napredek. Ugotovili smo, da je samo uspešen in zadovoljen kader dober kader. Ključni uspeh podjetja je pridobiti prave ljudi in jih navsezadnje tudi obdržati. Operativni management je najštevilčnejši v organizaciji. Na njem so veliko breme in ključne naloge pri opravljanju delovnega procesa. Operativni management mora poznati delo, naloge, funkcije delovnega mesta, da bi lahko uspešno sodeloval pri pravilnemu izboru in selekciji kadrovske funkcije. Kadrovanje ni samo izbira in zaposlitev, je tudi izobraževanje, karierno svetovanje, premeščanje, odpuščanje itd. Enako tudi management ni samo vodenje, je tudi motiviranje, planiranje, organiziranje, svetovanje, ocenjevanje itd. Raziskava v nalogi temelji na študiji primera vloge operativnega managementa v povezavi z devolucijo kadrovske funkcije. Uporabili smo kvalitativno metodo raziskave, in sicer dva strukturirana intervjuja z osebama, ki sta visoko izobraženi na področju kadrovske dejavnosti. Tretji intervju z osebo z dolgoletnimi izkušnjami iz vodenja v zasebnem in javnem sektorju in izobrazbo doktorat iz znanosti. Raziskava je omogočila vpogled v kadrovsko dejavnost in njeno devolucijo, kako jo izvajajo v organizaciji in ali jo izvajajo v celoti. Prav tako smo raziskali sodelovanje managementa pri izboru kadra in vpletenost kadrovske dejavnosti v strateške odločitve managementa. Ugotovitve smo opisali z odgovori na raziskovalna vprašanja. Potrdile so domneve o nujnem skupnem sodelovanju kadrovske dejavnosti z managementom.

Abstract:In today's world of rapid development and intense competition, we must have a plan how to counter the competitive struggle in the market. The key to organization is qualified and appropriate personnel. In order to achieve quality and competitive been on the market we must be prepared to fight and proper "arm" with the right people. Increasingly organizations are putting forward a man. In the era of development it is at the forefront of satisfaction, success and progress. We found that the only successful and happy staff good staff. The key success of the company is to get the right people and do not last all also keep them. Operational management is the most numerous in the organization. A lot of the burden is on him, and the key tasks in the course of the working process. Operational management must be familiar with the work tasks function or job to be able to successfully participate in the proper selection of the personnel function. Recruitment is not just a choice and employment is education, career counseling, transfer, dismissal, etc. As well as the management is not only the management is also motivating, planning, organizing, counseling, evaluation etc.The research in the task is based on a case study of the role of operational management in connection with the devolution of the personnel function. We used a qualitative method of research in two structured interviews with people who are highly educated in the field of human resources. One interwiew is with person who has a lot of experience from management in private and also public organization. This person has doctorate from sociology. The survey gave an insight into the personnel activity in its devolution. How to implement it in the organization and whether it is implemented in its entirety. Also, the survey enabled us to see the participation in the selection of staff and the involvement of human resources in strategic management decisions. They have confirmed the assumptions about the necessary joint participation of personnel management with management.
