Abstract:Skozi celotno magistrsko delo opisujemo in raziskujemo pomen nizkoogljične družbe.

Abstract:Throughout the master's thesis, we describe and explore the importance of a low-carbon society. The guidelines given by the European Union are clearly set for achieving a carbonless society in the coming years, sometime until 2050. The everyday way of life, day-to-day tasks and people's habits are those who can contribute to the good of the environment and society. Since transport is a key factor contributing to the provision of a low-carbon society, we decided to investigate the field of an electric car in Slovenia in the master's thesis. Its use and ecological impact on the environment contribute to a better quality of life. It is a factor that closely follows the guidelines of the European Union. Precisely for this reason, through the master's thesis, we focused on the interest in buying an electric car in Slovenia. Slovenia is a small, very transit, European country. It is an ideal candidate for the early implementation of electro mobility, whether it be public transport or private transport. Considering that electro-mobility is a fairly new concept and not yet so identifiable, we first reviewed literature on a low-carbon society, guidelines given by the European Union, and taking into account Slovenia's implementation of these guidelines. In the continuation of this work, in connection with the aforementioned literature, we focused on the knowledge of the topic of low carbon in Slovenia, what is the social knowledge of electric cars there, the interest in their purchase, and the future of these.
