Language: Slovenian Work type: Bachelor thesis/paper Tipology: 2.11 - Undergraduate Thesis Organization: FIZIOTERAPEVTIKA - PHYSIOTHERAPEUTICA Abstract: Uvod in namen: Kinezioterapija je poleg manualne terapije osrednji del fizioterapevtske obravnave. Namen diplomske naloge je pripraviti pregled sodobnih smernic kinezioterapevtskih pristopov pri različnih zdravstvenih skupinah. Metode: Metoda dela je sistematični pregled znanstvenih del. Pri iskanju literature smo uporabili podatkovno zbirko PubMed. Vključili smo raziskave v angleškem jeziku, objavljene med letoma 2015 in 2020, pregledne znanstvene članke, metaanalize, randomizirane kontrolirane klinične raziskave in strokovne članke. Vključitvena merila so predstavljala vse vire informacij v navedenem časovnem obdobju, skladno s preučevano vsebino in članke, katerih predmet preučevanja je obsegal gibalno terapijo ali kinezioterapijo. Izključitvena merila so obsegala vse prispevke izven časovnega obsega ter vsebinsko neskladne objave. Rezultati: V pregled literature smo vključili 8 ustreznih znanstvenih člankov. Uporabnost: Pregled sodobnih smernic lahko predstavlja oprijem za uspešno promocijo kinezioterapije. Omejitve: Omejitev preglednega dela je predstavljala izbira zdravniške podatkovne zbirke PubMed, ki pa smo jo želeli pregledati ravno v namen preučevanja prisotnosti kinezioterapije. Title:	Kinesiotherapeutic approaches in physiotherapy treatment
Abstract:	Introduction and purpose: Kinesiotherapy is alongside manual therapy the central focus of physiotherapy treatment. The purpose of this diploma work is to prepare an overview of modern kinesiotherapeutic approaches for different healthcare groups and to highlight different exercise recommendations which would improve physiotherapeutic work. Methods: The systematic literature review was used searching in PubMed Electronic Database. Only studies written in English language, published between years 2015 and 2020, systematic literature reviews type, academic articles, metaanalyses, randomized and controlled clinical trials were included. The inclusion criteria represented all sources of information in the given time period in accordance with the studied content and articles whose subject of study included movement therapy or kinesiotherapy. Exclusion criteria included all contributions outside of given time period and non-compliant publications. Results: 8 studies were included in the literature analysis. Usability: The overview of modern guidelines can be used as a successful kinesiotherapy promotion. Limitations: The limitation of systematic literature review consisted of researching medicinal research papers in PubMed, which was done intentionally to see how big of a role kinesiotherapy truly represents.
