Title:Izboljšanje kakovosti poslovnega komuniciranja v šolstvu : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Tema raziskovalnega področja v diplomski nalogi je izboljšanje kakovosti poslovnega komuniciranja v šolstvu. Namen: Diplomska naloga kaže na pri kaz postopka izboljšanja poslovnega komuniciranja v javnem zavodu, na področju šolstva, z namenom zajeti področje poslovodenja. V raziskavo je vključeno področje poslovne komunikacije s poudarkom na jasnih navodilih za poslovno komuniciranje . Metoda: Preuč evana tema je izpeljana z metodo intervjuja in nadgrajena z anketo. V intervju in anketo so vključeni delavci javnega zavoda , ki se pri svojem delu vsakodnevno srečujejo s poslovno komunikacijo znotraj in zunaj zavoda. Rezultati: Vsi zaposleni na področju poslovodenja zavoda bodo o kazalnikih izboljšanja kakovosti poslovnega komuniciranja v šolstvu pisno seznanjeni. Rezultati raziskovane teme, obdelane v diplomski nalogi, se bodo najmanj enkrat letno ocenjevali. Strokovne ugotovitve, pridobljene iz povratn ih informacij sodelujočih v obeh metodah raziskovanja, kažejo na pripravljenost sodelovanja zaposlenih za izboljšanje obstoječega stanja poslovnega komuniciranja. Organizacija: V zavodu se izvaja poslovno komuniciranje med vsemi zaposlenimi, ki sodelujejo pri izvajanju osnovne dejavnosti vzgoje in izobraževanja znotraj zavoda in navzven. Zavedamo se, da je kakovost poslovnega komuniciranja osnova za medsebojno sporazumevanje tako v poslovnem svetu, delovnem okolju, doma in v tujini. Družba: Povečanje zado voljstva uporabnikov storitev, ki jih zavod izvaja na srednješolskem in višješolskem področju vzgoje in izobraževanja, bo doseženo z oblikovanjem takega poslovnega komuniciranja, kateremu bodo uporabniki storitev zaupali. Jasna poslovna komunikacija zavoda bo izražena preko organizacijskega, pisnega, elektronskega, govornega in eksternega komuniciranja. Originalnost: Izvirnost raziskave je osebna idejna zasnova. Iz delovnih izkušenj, opravljanja del in nalog na področju poslovodenja in upravljanja s kadri je nastala odločitev za raziskavo stanja poslovnega komuniciranja v javnem zavodu, ki je bil izbran za osnovo raziskave tega diplomskega dela. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Raziskava je omejena na pet intervjuvancev in dvanajst anketirancev. Vsi udeleže nci obeh raziskovalnih metod so zaposleni delavci javnega zavoda. Trenutno je raziskovalno področje izboljšanja kakovosti poslovnega komuniciranj v šolstvu omejeno le na en javni zavod.

Abstract:Research question (RQ): The theme of the diploma thesis is to improve the quality of business co mmunication in education. Purpose: The diploma thesis describes the procedure of improving business communication in a public institution in the field of education. Its aim is to cover all fields of management. The research includes the area of business co mmunication with the emphasis on clear guidelines for business communication. Method: The theme of the diploma thesis is analyzed by the methods of interview and survey of the employees of a public institution, who use business communication daily both in side and outside the institution . Results: All employees whose work is related to administrative management in an institution will be informed of the indicators to improve the quality management, communication excellence and ethical principles in writing. The results will be evaluated at least once a year. The findings based on the interview and survey feedback show the willingness of participants to improve the current state of business communication. Organization: All employees involved in the implementat ion of the basic education activities carry out business communication inside and outside the institution. We are aware that the quality of business communication is the basis for communication in business world, at the workplace, at home and abroad. Socie ty: To ensure the satisfaction of education services users it is necessary to create user friendly business communication that users trust. Clear business communication of the institution will be seen through organizational, written, electronic, oral and e xternal communication. Originality: The originality of the research is a personal idea. Work experience of providing jobs and tasks in the field of management and human resources management led to the decision to investigate the status of business communic ation in the public institution, which has been selected as the basis for the research in this diploma thesis. Restrictions / further research: The study is limited to five interviewees and twelve respondents. All participants in both research methods are employed at the public institution. Currently the research study on improving the quality of business communication in education is limited to one public institution only.
