| Abstract: | Kosovo is a small and continuous place for the life of traditional and conservative trade. The works that are in construction are applied with the machines for working with the lands are more, of the type and of the large volume. Because of this, there are machines of different size types that are applied to perform them. Occupational Safety and Health1 is a summary of legal, health, technical, psychological, pedagogical and other measures, procedures and activities, with the help of which the risks and damages that may endanger health and eternal work life can be detected and avoided or reduced.Construction, work especially in the labor trade is a diverse human activity in terms of potential injury and health risk to young people. The reasons for that come from the specifics of the construction process. Measures for the construction site are characteristic measures for that construction site.
