Title:Organizacijska klima in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na visokošolskem zavodu : magistrska naloga študijskega programa druge stopnje

Abstract:Pojem organizacijska klima lahko opišemo kot splošno počutje zaposlenih na delovnem mestu. Zaposleni se različno odzivajo na dogodke v organizaciji, na spremembe in nove sodelavce. Vse to pa vpliva na počutje. Pojem organizacijska klima je širši od zadovoljstva zaposlenih na delovnem mestu. Z dovršenim sistemom oblikovanja dobre organizacijske klime ima organizacija dobre možnosti, da posledično doseže večje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. To pa je bistveno za dosego vidnih rezultatov na trgu. Organizacije se vse bolj zavedajo, da so ključ do uspeha motivirani zaposleni, posebno tisti, ki se poistovetijo z organizacijo in svoje delo dojemajo celovito, kot doprinos celotni organizaciji. V prvem delu naloge opisujemo in pojasnjujemo pomen pojmov, kot so zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, organizacijska kultura in organizacijska klima. Vsi trije pojavi so pomemben člen organizacije, saj vplivajo na učinkovitost in kakovost izvedbe delovnih procesov, poleg tega pa so med seboj povezani ter eden brez drugega ne obstajajo. Če podjetje teži k trajnemu zadovoljstvu zaposlenih in če so zaposleni dejansko zadovoljni na delovnem mestu, potem se to zadovoljstvo prenese na večji del organizacije, tako da postane klima v organizaciji ugodna in pozitivna. Dolgoročno se spreminja tudi kultura organizacije. Hkrati pa je povezava mogoča tudi v obratni smeri. Če ima podjetje dobro zastavljeno kulturo podjetja, katero je gradilo leta, morda celo desetletja, bo posledično tudi klima v organizaciji ugodna. Pozitivno naravnano vzdušje v organizaciji pa vpliva tudi na dobro počutje med zaposlenimi in s tem na vsesplošno zadovoljstvo. S preučevanjem različnih dejavnikov lahko ugotavljamo, kakšna klima vlada v organizaciji in ali so zaposleni zadovoljni na delovnem mestu. Takšno preučevanje smo izvedli na primeru dveh visokošolskih zavodov. Tako smo prvi, teoretični del naloge podkrepili s praktičnim primerom, izpostavili dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo v organizaciji, jih ocenili, na koncu naloge pa smo predstavili tudi rezultate raziskave in podali svoje predloge za izboljšanje.

Title:Organizational climate and employee satisfaction on higher education institute
Abstract:The organizational climate can be described as generally being of employees in the workplace. Employees respond differently to events in the organization, on changes and new employees. All this affects on the well-being. The concept of organizational climate is wider than the satisfaction of employees in the workplace. With a sophisticated system of creating a good organizational climate, the organization has a good chance to result in the increased employee satisfaction. This is essential to achieve visible results in the market. Companies are increasingly aware that the key to success motivated employees, especially those who identify with the organization and its work is perceived globally, as the contribution of the entire organization. The first part describes and explains the importance of concepts such as employee satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational climate. All three events are an important part of the organization, as they affect the efficiency and quality of execution of work processes, in addition, are all interconnected and one without the other does not exist. If a company seeks to permanent employee satisfaction and if employees are actually happy at work, then the pleasure is transferred to a larger part of the organization so that it becomes the organization climate is favorable and positive. Long-term is changing organizational culture. Link is also possible in the opposite direction. If the company has a well-defined corporate culture, which has long been built, will consequently favorable climate in the organization. Positively oriented atmosphere in the organization affects the well being of employees and the satisfaction. The study of various factors can determine what the climate is in the organization and whether the employee job satisfaction. This study was performed on two higher education institutions. We are the first, theoretical part of the work reinforce the practical case. We highlight the factors that influence satisfaction in the organization and assessed. At the end of the study was also presented the results of the study and gave their suggestions for improvement.
