Title:Vpliv čustvene inteligence vodje na komuniciranje in zaupanje v timu : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Ključni namen magistrske naloge je raziskati in prepoznati značilne vzorce pri vodjih tima in njihovem načinu ustvarjanja vzajemnih medsebojnih odnosov z zaposlenimi skozi komunikacijo in čustveno inteligenco. Usmerjeni smo na prepoznavo povezanosti med čustveno inteligenco vodje, komunikacijo in medsebojnimi zaupajočimi odnosi med vodjem in zaposlenimi. V nalogi predpostavljamo, da je čustvena inteligenca vodje povezana z načinom komuniciranja, z obsegom zaupanja ter z medsebojnimi odnosi. Zanima nas, kateri so ključni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na medsebojne odnose in zaupanje med vodjem in sodelavci. Skozi sistematičen pregled in kritično ovrednotenje konceptov različnih avtorjev ter empirično raziskavo je temeljni namen ugotoviti vlogo čustvene inteligence vodje tima pri vzpostavitvi konstruktivne komunikacije ter odgovoriti na vprašanje, ali je čustvena inteligenca vodje pri ustvarjanju zaupanja in vzajemnih medsebojnih odnosih pomemben dejavnik. Uspešen vodja tima potrebuje določene komunikacijske spretnosti in čustveno inteligenco, da skozi komunikacijo na zaupanju vzpostavi vzajemne medsebojne odnose. Prizadevamo si sestaviti popoln portret »čustveno inteligentnega« voditelja ter ugotoviti, kako ustvarja in vzdržuje vzajemne odnose z zaposlenimi. Pri interpretaciji podatkov kvalitativne analize smo oblikovali teoretični model, ki ponazarja, da čustvena inteligenca vpliva na komunikacijske spretnosti, ki so povezane z vzajemnimi medsebojnimi odnosi in zaupanjem v timu. V nalogi smo se želeli čim bolj približati podatkom in tako razviti konceptualno tezo iz neposredno pridobljenih informacij. Naša naloga je bila odkriti, kako ljudje razumejo neko dejavnost in kakšen pomen ji pripisujejo.

Abstract:The key purpose of my master’s thesis is to research and recognise typical patterns of team leaders and their way of building reciprocal relationships with employees through communication and emotional intelligence. We are directed to recognise the connection between emotional intelligence of the leader, communication, and mutual as well as reliable relations between the leader and the employees. Our thesis is based on the presumption that the level of emotional intelligence of the leader is connected to their way of communicating, the range of trust, and mutual relations. The goal of our enquiry is to determine which key factors influence mutual relations and the trust between leaders and co-workers. With the help of a systematic overview, a critical evaluation of the concepts of a variety of authors, and practical research, our main aim is to determine the role of emotional intelligence of the team leader when establishing constructive communication and to answer the question whether or not to consider emotional intelligence of the leader as an important factor in order to establish trust and reciprocal relations. A successful team leader requires specific communicative skills and emotional intelligence in order to establish mutual relations based on trust through communication. Our endeavour is to create a perfect portrait of an “emotional intelligent” leader and to discover how they create and maintain mutual relations with the employees. By conducting a qualitative analysis of the data we have formed a theoretical model demonstrating that emotional intelligence does in fact influence communicative skills which are connected to mutual relations and trust within a team group. It was our aim to approach these data as closely as possible and in this manner develop a conceptual thesis from direct acquired information. Our task was to discover how people understand a certain activity and what meaning they ascribe to it.
