Abstract:V magistrski nalogi obravnavamo medkulturno sodelovanje s Kitajsko, na primeru širitve poslovanja podjetja na kitajski trg, s konkretnim izdelkom, tj. vino Cviček. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo se osredotočili na mednarodno sodelovanje s Kitajsko, analizirali posebnosti kitajskega trga ter izpostavili osnovna izhodišča poslovnega načrta. Ob tem smo obravnavali tudi poslovno komuniciranje in poslovanje na Kitajskem ter analizirali medkulturne kompetence, ki so potrebne za vstop na kitajsko tržišče. V drugem delu naloge, tj. empiričnem delu, pa smo zasnovali lasten poslovni načrt za prodajo vina Cviček na Kitajskem. Pri tem smo opravili analizo trga, pripravili predviden finančni načrt, strategije trženja in prodora na trg ter preučili vse ostale kategorije, ki so pomemben del načrtovanja novega posla in poslovanja na tujem trgu. Magistrsko nalogo smo zaključili z odgovori na raziskovalna vprašanja, ki zajemajo ključne elemente, katerih se mora podjetnik zavedati pred vstopom na kitajski trg, in sicer z namenom, da lažje premosti medkulturne razlike ter učinkovito upravlja poslovna tveganja na kitajskem trgu. Poslovna pravila so na primer v evropskem okolju lahko popolnoma drugačna kot na nekem ogromnem azijskem trgu. Vzrok pa je kot smo ugotavljali v magistrski nalogi predvsem kulturna razlika, katero morajo podjetniki upoštevati, če želijo s podobnimi produkti na takšnih trgih uspeti in rasti. Obenem smo tudi ugotavljali, kakšni poslovni izidi so možni pri poskusu prodora na kitajski trg z vinom Cviček.

Title:Poslovni načrt - širitev poslovanja podjetja na kitajski trg
Abstract:The following thesis describes the real case study dealing with the companiese’s expansion to the Chinese market with its unique product “Cviček” in terms of intercultural cooperation. The purpose of the theoretical part of this thesis is mainly focused on international cooperation with China and therefore on analyzing the core diversities of the Chinese market and is subject to the basics for the proposed business plan. At the same time it is analyzed the way of business communication and business implementation in China and there are also analyzed the intercultural competences needed for the entering the Chinese market. In the secondary part of this thesis, the empirical part, we have defined our own business plan for the selling of the wine Cviček to China. In order to do this, we analysed the market potential, prepared the foreseen financial plan, marketing strategy and penetration plan to explore all the necessary categories which have to play important role for preparing the new business strategy on the foreign market. The thesis is completed with answers to the initial reasearch questions containing the key elements that must be taken into account by the entrepreneur before entering the Chinese market in order to cope with the cultural boundaries for the proper responding and managing business risks in the Chinese market. The business environment in some european market may be totaly different compared to some huge asian markets. According to the research within the thesis the cultural difference is to be taken into account by the entrepreneur to cope with the same products on this markets succesfully. At the same time we determined several scenarios that might result in the Cviček business case study experiment on the Chinese market.
