Title:Pomen socialnega kapitala v podjetništvu : magistrska naloga študijskega programa druge stopnje

Abstract:Socialni kapital je koncept, ki poudarja pomen socialnih stikov med in v skupinah. Koncept socialnega kapitala prav tako poudarja, da socialna omrežja vodijo do povečane produktivnosti posameznikov, skupin in organizacij. To so izsledki širše opredelitve, da lahko posameznik razume pomen socialnega kapitala. Pa vendar, zakaj je danes to tako pomembno? Ob današnjem razvoju sociologije in psihologije v ospredje prihaja človek. Njegove sposobnosti, znanja in pripravljenost njihove delitve med sodelavce ter zagotavljanja ustreznega transferja/prenosa v podjetju. Seveda je za uspešen prenos znanj treba ustvariti takšno okolje, ki to dovoljuje. Podjetnik je oseba, ki mora ustvariti takšno okolje, kjer se razvijajo in oblikujejo sestavine socialnega kapitala, ki pozitivno vplivajo na uspešnost organizacije. Treba je preučiti pojem podjetništva, poznati podjetnika, ki organizacijo vodi, in seveda poznati dejavnike uspešnosti in vključiti socialni kapital v celotno sfero. Socialni kapital je gospodarska ideja, ki vključuje povezave med posamezniki in gospodarskimi subjekti, ki so ekonomsko zelo dragocene. Odnosi vodijo v stanje, da vsak čuti odgovornost in dolžnost, vključujejo pa tudi socialne mreže, ki vplivajo na stopnjo zaupanja in medsebojne pomoči. To je glavna tema magistrskega dela, kamor poleg teoretičnega dela spada tudi raziskava, v kateri smo ugotavljali pomen socialnega kapitala. Izsledki raziskave nam kažejo pomen socialnega kapitala in njegove učinke na uspešnost podjetja. Poleg poznavanja pomena vključenosti in implementacije socialnega kapitala v podjetje pa je treba poznati tudi načine, kako ga okrepiti.

Abstract:Social capital is a concept that emphasizes the importance of social contacts between and within groups. The concept of social capital also emphasizes that social networks lead to increased productivity of individuals, groups and organizations. These are the findings of a broader definition that an individual understands the importance of social capital. Why is this so important today? At today's development of sociology and psychology in the foreground comes the man. His skills, knowledge and willingness for sharing and ensue appropriate transfer within the company. Of course, for the successful transfer of knowledge, it is necessary to create an environment that allows this. The entrepreneur is the person who needs to create an environment where employees develop and formulate the ingredients of social capital, which has a positive impact on the performance of the organization. It is necessary to examine the concept of entrepreneurship, knowledge of the entrepreneur, who leads the organization, and of course the knowledge of success factors and the incorporation of social capital in the entire sphere. Social capital is an economic idea, which includes links between individuals and businesses that are economically very valuable. Relationships lead to the situation to which each feels the responsibility and obligation, but also include social networks that affect the level of trust and mutual aid. This is the main theme of the master's thesis, which in addition to the theoretical work also includes research in which we have established the importance of social capital. Results of the research show us the importance of social capital and its effects on the performance of the company. In addition to the knowledge of the importance of inclusion and implementation of social capital in a company, it is necessary to know ways how to strengthen it.
