Abstract:Mediji se hitro spreminjajo.

Abstract: Each individual's life is based on connecting, communicating with other people, as in this way we meet our needs for contact and cooperation. With the help of communication, we gain information and knowledge; we exchange our aspects of life, so it is important that our communication is successful. A person needs a conversation, as this connects him with other people, and establishes and maintains a personal relationship with them. Often, we spend the same or more time at work than at home, so our way of communication in both areas of life is extremely important, as it affects our satisfaction and personal happiness, but also our success, both in business, as well as private life. The fact is that we often do not think about communication and do not attach much importance to our personal success, which can also affect the business success of companies. In the master's thesis, we tried to compare home and work communication, and find out whether it is related to personal happiness, satisfaction and success, and in what way. In addition, in the first part, we analysed the key concepts, the definitions of communication in interpersonal relations, and presented the problems of companies and domestic households that do not give an emphasis on how to communicate and improve relations. We also highlighted the key issues that we encounter in the field of communication, explored them and made suggestions for improving communications in circumstances in which it affects both the personal and business levels. The results of the master's thesis will help companies facing business failure and obstacles, and individuals who are not happy with their lives at home and at work due to poor interpersonal relationships
