Title:Odnosi na delovnem mestu : diplomska naloga visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve stopnje

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi sem se osredotočila na odnose na delovnem mestu. V teoretičnem delu sem raziskala pomene vrednot, ki so za vsakega posameznika različne. Osredotočila sem se na različne motivacijske načine, ki motivirajo zaposlene. Seveda ima vsak zaposleni drugačne želje po motivaciji, zato mora vodja organizacije dobro poznati svoje zaposlene, da zna vsakega ustrezno motivirati. Na odnose večkrat vplivajo tudi konflikti, ki se jim včasih težko ognemo. V empiričnem delu sem izbrala kvantitativen način raziskovanja. Uporabila sem anketni vprašalnik, ki sem ga razdelila 250 zaposlenim. Anketni vprašalnik je rešilo 123 zaposlenih. Rezultate sem nato predstavila v grafičnih prikazih in potrdila dve hipotezi ter eno ovrgla. Ocenjujem, da je za dobre delovne rezultate ključen dober odnos med zaposlenimi. Delo bo opravljeno hitreje in kvalitetnejše.

Abstract:My diploma thesis focuses on relationships at the workplace. In the theoretical part I researched the meanings of values that are different for each individual. I focused on a variety of motivational ways that motivate employees. Of course, each employee has a different desire for motivation, so the head of the organization must be well familiar with their employees to be able to properly motivate each and every one of them. Relationships are often also affected by conflicts, which are sometimes difficult to avoid. In the empirical part I have chosen a quantitative research method. I used a questionnaire which was distributed to 250 employees. The questionnaire we completed by 123 employees. I then presented the results in charts and confirmed the two hypotheses, while one was rebutted. I estimate that good relationship between employees is essential for achieving good working results. The work will be done faster and better.
