Title:Zaposlovanje invalidov : diplomska naloga visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve stopnje

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je v teoretičnem delu zajet pojem in razvrstitev invalidnosti glede na stopnjo, naravo, vzrok, trajnost in posledice invalidnosti ter pravni status, opisane so človekove pravice povezane z invalidi, zakonodaja in predpisi, kot so Zakon o delovnih razmerjih (ZDR), Zakon o zaposlitveni rehabilitaciji in zaposlovanju invalidov (ZZRZI) v okviru katerega je predvsem pomembna še Uredba o določitvi kvote za zaposlovanje invalidov, Pravilnik o merilih in postopku za pridobitev statusa invalida, za priznanje pravice do zaposlitvene rehabilitacije in za ocenjevanje zaposlitvenih možnosti invalidov ter o delu rehabilitacijskih komisij, Pravilnik o merilih in postopku za določitev višine subvencije plače za invalide, Pravilnik o invalidskih podjetjih ter Pravilnik o zaposlitvenih centrih, Zakon o izenačevanju možnosti invalidov (ZIMI) in Zakon o pokojninskem in invalidskem zavarovanju (ZPIZ-2). V delu so opredeljeni tudi ukrepi pri zaposlovanju invalidov, med katere sodijo zaščita pred odpuščanjem, kvotni sistem, rezervirana delovna mesta, subvencija plač, dodatno izobraževanje in usposabljanje invalidov, usposabljanje invalidov pod običajnimi pogoji, usposabljanje na delovnem mestu ter usposabljanje pod posebnimi pogoji. Opisana je tudi zaposlitvena rehabilitacija, katere merila za priznanje in uporabo so zajeta v Zakonu o zaposlitveni rehabilitaciji in zaposlovanju invalidov (ZZRZI), prilagoditev delovnih mest, zaščitna zaposlitev in zaposlitveni centri, podporno zaposlovanje, invalidska podjetja ter zadovoljstvo pri delu. V empiričnem delu pa so s pomočjo grafične predstavitev potrjene ali zavržne hipoteze na področju zaposlovanja invalidov. V raziskavo je zajetih 24 zaposlenih invalidov v izbranem invalidskem podjetju Levas Krško d.o.o., ki so izpolnili anketni vprašalnik.

Abstract:In the theoretical section of the thesis, I define the concept and classification of disability based on its level, nature, cause, duration, and consequences of disability, as well as its legal status, and I describe human rights related to disabled persons, as well as laws and regulations, namely Employment Relationship Act, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons Act, which sets the framework for the important Decree establishing employment quota for persons with disabilities, Rules on criteria and procedure to acquire the status of a person with disability and the right to vocational rehabilitation and to assess employment opportunities of persons with disabilities and on activities of rehabilitation commissions, Rules on criteria and procedure for determining the subsidy amount for salaries of disabled workers, Rules on social enterprises, Rules on employment centres, Equalisation of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act, and Pension and Disability Insurance Act. I also define the measures for the employment of persons with disabilities, which include protection against dismissal, a quota system, reserved work positions, salary subsidies, additional education and training for persons with disabilities, training of persons with disabilities under normal conditions, on-the-job training, and training under special conditions. I also describe the vocational rehabilitation, whose criteria for obtaining and use are described in the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons Act, adjustments of work place, protected employment and employment centres, social enterprises, and job satisfaction. In the empirical section, using a graphical presentation, I confirm or reject the hypotheses on employment of persons with disabilities. 24 employed persons with disabilities from the selected social enterprise Levas Krško d.o.o. filled out a questionnaire and are included in the research.
