Abstract:Ljudje na delovnem mestu in v delovnem okolju preživimo veliko časa.

Abstract:People spend a lot of their time at work and working environment. For that reason is very important that individual is satisfied with his job. In working environment there are many factors which influence on satisfaction of individual person. Because people are different from each other also factors which causes satisfaction are different. At start, no one is suitable for all kind of jobs. Very important measure for having satisfactory job is decision to choose that kind of work which suits our personality. This should be important for job seeker and also for employer. In this diploma work we researched connection of four types of human temper determined by Hippocrates with satisfaction with different kind of work. Results showed that there are no important differences among four groups of human temper; also there are no differences among types of temper due to area of work. Additionally we checked the level of satisfaction for typical kind of work among each temper group and also which kind of work is the most satisfying for one temper group. We found out that for people of choleric temper the most satisfying area of work is leadership. Results also showed that there is a noticeable difference in average job satisfaction where employee must deal with people between choleric and phlegmatic temper, but not for other temper groups. In general we can conclude that results didn’t show much influence of temper on satisfaction with job. Nevertheless results show that for specific human temper some jobs are more suitable than others.
