Title:Miselne napake odraslih otrok alkoholikov : diplomska naloga visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve stopnje

Abstract:V Sloveniji je prekomerno uživanje alkohola razširjeno med vsemi generacijami, predvsem zato, ker je družbeno sprejemljivo. Odrasli otroci alkoholikov na svojih ramenih nosijo patologijo primarnih družin in ne morejo izstopiti iz začaranega kroga trpljenja. Vzdušje, ki preveva družino, kjer se prekomerno uživa alkohol, je pogosto prežeto s skrbjo, krivdo, strahom, sramom, ponižanjem, negotovostjo, žalostjo, osamljenostjo, jezo, užaljenostjo, konfliktom, agresijo, stresom, vse to pa slabo vpliva na razvoj otrok.in na razbitost vlog v družini. Otroci pogosto igrajo vlogo odraslih in so starši svojim lastnim staršem. Ti otroci so čustveno preobremenjeni, prikrajšani za brezskrbno mladost. Vse omenjeno običajno vodi do številnih patologij pri odraslih otrocih alkoholikov in s tem povezanih miselnih napak. V nalogi smo raziskali vpliv miselnih napak na razmišljanje in vedenje odraslih otrok alkoholikov s pomočjo analize dnevnikov, ki jih pišejo v sklopu terapije kot terapevtsko sredstvo. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 11 respondentov, odraslih otrok alkoholikov, starih od 27 do 51 let, obeh spolov (m = 5, ž = 6), članov terapevtske skupnosti Zavoda Mitikas, ki nudi pomoč ljudem po socialno- -andragoški metodi za ljudi v stiski. Rezultati so pokazali, da se pri vseh sodelujočih pojavljajo miselne napake, najpogosteje etiketiranje in posploševanje. Od 11-ih udeležencev se pri 9-ih pojavlja več miselnih napak hkrati. Miselne napake jim tudi preprečujejo zavedanje lastnih potreb in mej.

Abstract:In Slovenia is excessive tolerance of drinking alcohol and people are suffering from alcohol dependency in all generations. Heavy burden of many patologies from primary families is lying on shoulders of adult childrens of alcoholics and often they can not step off from vicius circle of suffering. Atmosphere in alcoholic family it is full of fear, guilt, worries, shame, sadness, humiliation, uncertancy, lonliness, conflicts, offendedness, agression ans stress and all this has bad influence on development of a child and in family roles are destroyed. Childrens often take the role of adults and they are parent to their parents. They are emotionaly overw-helmed, their youth it is not carefree. All this often lead to many pathologies in adult children of alcoholics and to different cognitive distortions. Purpose of diploma paper was to show if there is influence of cognitive distortions on thinking and behaving of adult childrens of alcoholics, with analyse of diaries wich they are writing as part of social - andragogic therapy. The analysis has been performed on 11 respondents, adult childrens of alcoholics, 27 to 51 years old, both gender (m=5, w=6 ) wich all are members of therapeutic group Zavod Mitikas, for helping people in crissis. The results did show that in all participant are present cognitive distortions. In 9 out of 11 there is more then one distortion which also blocked awerness of their own needs and boundaries.
