Title:Vloga metakognicije v kognitivno-vedenjski terapiji : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Magistrska naloga z naslovom Vloga metakognicije v kognitivno-vedenjski terapiji predstavlja teoretično in empirično raziskavo metakognicije ter njenega odnosa s kognitivno-vedenjsko terapijo. Naloga se deli na dva dela. V prvem, teoretičnem delu predstavim metakognicijo ter njene ožje in širše pojme, ki se navezujejo nanjo. Tako naloga poleg metakognicije vsebuje krajšo predstavitev samoreflektivne zavesti, mindsight ali notranjega pogleda po Sieglu (2010), vpogleda, projeciranega jaza, metakognitivne regulacije z njenimi komponentami, osnov metakognitivne terapije in metakognicije z anatomskega vidika. Predstavim tudi obstoječi osnovni kognitivni model, v katerega na novo umestim metakognicijo. Vsi našteti elementi so med seboj sorodni in predstavljeni v povezavi z metakognicijo. V drugem, empiričnem delu magistrske naloge zastavim raziskovalni vprašanji, ki izhajata iz teoretičnega dela naloge in s katerima skušam zajeti bistvo naslovnega problema. V nadaljevanju postavim hipotezi, ki povzemata moje ugotovitve iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela naloge ter odgovorita na zastavljeni raziskovalni vprašanji. Empirični del vsebuje kvalitativno analizo polstrukturiranega intervjuja z osebo, ki je imela s psihoterapijo pozitivno izkušnjo. Tak izbor se mi zdi smiseln, ker želim opazovati komponente metakognicije in sorodnih pojmov, ki se direktno ali indirektno pojavljajo v več fazah celotnega okrevanja. Prednost izbora je tudi v tem, da je okrevanje že za intervjuvano osebo, ker tako lahko laže reflektira dogajanje v času okrevanja. V kvalitativni analizi intervjuja, ki je potekala v šestih fazah po postopku Lamut in Macur (2012), sem poiskal pojme, ki zajemajo metakognicijo ali njene sorodne pojave, in jih razvrstil v različne kategorije metakognicije. V nadaljevanju izpeljem odnose med šestimi postavljenimi kategorijami metakognicije in kognitivno-vedenjske terapije. Nalogo zaključim s povzetkom ugotovitev, kje in kako vstopa metakognicija v kognitvno-vedenjsko terapijo in s tem dopolnim njen obstoječi model.

Abstract:The master's degree thesis of the title "he role of metacognition in cognitive-behavioral therapy" represents qualitative research of metacognition and its relation with cognitive- behavioral therapy. The thesis is composed of two major parts. In the first, theoretical part, I focus attention on metacognition and its close and distant concepts with aspects that can potentially include metacognition. Together with metacognition the present study includes also short description of self reflective consciousness, mindsight (Siegel, 2010), insight, projectable self, metacognitive regulation and its components, basics of metacognitive therapy, anatomical point of view on metacognition and a basic cognitive model. I try to connect metacognition with all of them. In the second, empirical part, of the present master's degree thesis I set two research questions that evolved from the basic research problem and represent the essence of the thesis. I also set two hypotheses that include conclusions from the theoretical and empirical parts as well as responses to both research questions. The second part includes also the analysis of semi-structured interview with a person with a positive experience on psychotherapy. The selection of such an example is relevant because I try to find and observe metacognition with its components that appear directly or indirectly in different stages of a successful therapy. The advantage of the selected interviewed person is also the past hisory of the whole process that consequently makes reflection on different events within the therapy easier. In the qualitative analysis of the interview I looked for concepts that include metacognition with its relative elements to regroup them into different categories. Furthermore, I tried to determine logically the relationship among previous set of categories and the cognitive-behavioral therapy. In conclusion, the thesis presents where and how metacognition takes part in the cognitive-behavioral therapy
