Title:Poslovni načrt podjetja FESHN : diplomska naloga

Abstract:V današnjem svetu ima podjetništvo pomemben vpliv na ekonomsko stabilnost in moč okolja. Tu sta v ospredju predvsem področji inovacij in ustvarjanja novih delovnih mest, pa tudi življenje v družbi, v kateri deluje. Vendar pri soočanju s konkurenco na trgu sama poslovna ideja ni dovolj. Dolgoročno uspešen posel je največkrat rezultat dobro načrtovanih faz delovanja podjetja, od zagonske faze do sprejemanja vsakdanjih odločitev. Prav v zagonski fazi pa je poslovni načrt tista prelomna točka, kjer se podjetnik odloči za preskok iz razmišljanja o poslu naproti realizaciji posla ter pripravi načrt, ki mu služi kot vodilo za uspešno ustanovitev podjetja in uresničitev kratkoročnih ter dolgoročnih ciljev. Diplomska naloga predstavlja poslovni načrt za ustanovitev novega podjetja, ki ponuja storitev virtualnega pomerjanja oblačil na spletu. Zajema teoretično predstavitev podjetništva, na katerem sloni empirični del, ki vsebuje poslovni načrt. V empiričnem delu je med drugim podrobneje predstavljeno podjetje in storitve, ki jih bo podjetje ponujalo, opravljena je analiza kupcev, opisani sta panoga in konkurenca, zasnovana sta načrt trženja in finančni načrt. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, ali je smiselno ustanoviti podjetje, ki bi se ukvarjalo s storitvijo virtualnega pomerjanja oblačil. Iz izvedenega poslovnega načrta je ugotovljeno, da je ustanovitev tega podjetja upravičena. V svetu opazujemo trend vse večjega nakupovanja oblačil na spletu ter zmanjševanja števila opravljenih nakupov v fizičnih trgovinah, vendar je bilo na podlagi izvedene ankete ugotovljeno, da kupci pri spletnem nakupovanju oblačil najbolj pogrešajo prav možnost pomerjanja. Pripravljen finančni načrt je pokazal, da ima podjetje kljub začetnemu poslovanju brez dobička potencial za uspešno poslovanje na dolgi rok.

Abstract:In today's world, entrepreneurship has a significant impact on economic stability and the strength of the environment. In the foreground are the areas of innovation and the creation of new jobs, as well as the life in society in which it operates. However, when dealing with competition in the market itself, the business idea alone is often not enough. A long-term successful business is often the result of well-planned phases of the company's operations, from the start-up phase to the adaption of everyday decisions. In the start-up phase the business plan represents the turning point, where the entrepreneur decides to take a leap from thinking about the business towards the realization and prepare a plan that serves as a guide for the successful establishment of the company and achievement of short and long-term goals. Thesis presents a business plan for starting a new company that offers virtual try-on of clothing online. It covers the theoretical presentation of entrepreneurship, which offers the foundation for the empirical part, the actual business plan. In the empirical part, among other things, the company and services offered are presented in detail, the analysis of customers is carried out, the industry and competition are described, the marketing plan and the financial plan are being developed. The purpose of the thesis is to determine whether it is reasonable to establish a company that would deal with the virtual try-on of clothing. From the presented business plan, it is concluded that the establishment of this company is justified. Today we observe the trend of increasing amount of shopping clothes online and reducing the number of purchases made in physical stores. However, based on the survey we can establish, that customers miss being able to try on clothes the most, when it comes to shopping online. Prepared financial plan showed that despite its initial operation without profit, the company has the potential for successful business on the long run.
