Abstract:Amaterski šport je v primerjavi s profesionalnim v nezavidljivem položaju. Kateri so najpomembnejši kanali za obveščanje o takih dogodkih? Kako povečati prepoznavnost kickboxinga in Kickboxing zveze Slovenije?

Abstract:Amateur sport compared to professional sports, in an unfavorable position. The vast majority of work is done on a voluntary basis, staff is often less professionally educated, they have limited time because they are employed elsewhere, which of course, manifests as lack of marketing and visibility of a particular sport, but does not necessarily have an impact on sporting achievements. This problem is even evident in the sports less exposed in media, which include kickboxing. The study involved the issues of kickboxing and its official organization body in Slovenia, the Kickboxing Association of Slovenia. The focus is primarily on presenting kickboxing in general, Kickboxing Association of Slovenia, visibility, means of communication, the organization and technical of an event. The main research question was "Efficient organization of a sporting event in the case of kickboxing." In addition to the main research questions, we have three additional questions: what is the most appropriate price for a ticket to see a kickboxing event, which are the most important channels for information about such events and how to increase visibility and of kickboxing and the Kickboxing Association of Slovenia? According to the theme, we opted for a quantitative approach to research. After examining the available resources, we set up six hypotheses, which answer through two questionnaires. The first covers 200 random respondents through online surveys, the other covers 200 respondents within the Kickboxing Association of Slovenia. Questionnaires among themselves are only slightly different, but complement each other. Each questionnaire has the 11 questions, because we want to get as accurate answers to the questions as possible. To do so, we follow the principle that the issues as clearly stated and unambiguous, and that the survey respondents does not take too much time so the respondents are as focused on the responses as possible.
