Title:Razvoj kadrov in kadrovske dejavnosti v izbranem podjetju : diplomska naloga visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve stopnje

Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava razvoj kadrov in kadrovske dejavnosti v izbranem podjetju. Podjetja se morajo zavedati, da so zaposleni zelo pomemben člen v organizaciji. Načrtovanje in vodenje človeških virov v organizaciji predstavlja pomembno konkurenčno prednost. Razvoj kadrov je eden izmed temeljnih ciljev politike podjetja. Zadovoljni in motivirani zaposleni pripomorejo k uspešnosti podjetja. Za razvoj kadrov v podjetju skrbi kadrovska dejavnost, ki nosi veliko odgovornost pri načrtovanju kadrov, izbiri kadrov, uvajanju kadrov in razvoju kadrov. Osnovna dejavnost izbranega podjetja je pridelava kakovostnih vin, je nastala leta 1947. Podjetje zaposluje 94 ljudi. V letu 2015 je podjetje uvedlo novosti na področju načrtovanja in ravnanja s človeškimi viri. Z novimi akti podjetje uvaja sodoben sistem ravnanja s človeškimi viri. Z uvedbo izvajanja letnih razgovorov, novega plačnega sistema in sistema nagrajevanja želijo motivirati zaposlene in jih usmeriti k doseganju zastavljenih ciljev. V diplomskem delu smo preučili pomen kadrovske dejavnost in njeno vlogo v izbranem podjetju. S pregledom domače in tuje strokovne literature, internih aktov podjetja ter izvedbe intervjuja/ankete smo pridobili podatke o dejavnostih kadrovske službe podjetja. Z izvedbo raziskave smo izpostavili pomen načrtovanja človeških virov, učinkovitega sistema nagrajevanja in motiviranja zaposlenih ter pomena spremljanja zaposlenih. Izobraževanje in usposabljanje zaposlenih je pomembno tako za zaposlene kot za podjetje. Zaposleni osebne cilje hitreje uskladijo s cilji organizacije, kar spodbuja k večji pripadnosti in usmerjenosti k doseganju želenih rezultatov.

Abstract:The thesis discusses about the development of human resources and human activities in the Slovenian company, which wanted to remain anonymous. Companies should be aware that employees are very important part of the organization. Planning and management of human resources in an organization represents a significant competitive advantage. Human Resources Development is one of the key policy objectives of the company. Satisfied and motivated employees contribute to company performance. Human Resources Development in the company takes care of personnel activities, which bears a great responsibility in the planning of human resources, recruitment, deployment of personnel and human resource development. Selected company whose core business is the production of quality wines was founded in 1947. The company employs 94 people. In 2015, the company introduced innovations in the field of planning and human resource management. The new regulations introduced a modern system of human resource management. With the introduction of annual interviews, the new wage and reward system want to motivate and gear employees towards achieving the set goals. In this thesis, we examine the importance of human resource activity and its role in the company. A review of domestic and foreign professional literature, internal acts of the company and the implementation of the interview / survey provided information on the activities of the HR department of the company. By conducting research, we emphasized the importance of planning for human resources, effective system of remuneration and motivation of employees and the importance of monitoring employees. Education and training of employees is important for both employees and the company. Employees achieve personal goals faster with the objectives of the organization, which encourages greater loyalty and orientation to the achievement of the desired results.
