Title:Vpliv organizacijskih, delovnih in vodstvenih kompetenc na razvoj organizacijske enote v podjetju : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV):V magistrski nalogi izhajamo iz raziskovalnega vprašanja:Aliorganizacijske, delovne in vodstvenekompetence, ki jih zaposleni nenehno pridobivajo v procesuizobraţevanja in usposabljanja,prispevajo k uspešnemu delovanju organizacijske enote v podjetju?Pri tem izhajamo iz predpostavke, da nenehno izobraţevanje in usposabljanje zaposlenih prispeva hkakovosti in izboljšuje njihove kompetence, ki so podlaga nenehnemu izboljševanju delovnegaprocesa.Namen:Namen raziskave je ugotoviti kako učna kultura v organizacijski enoti, ki se kaţe v razvojuorganizacijskih, delovnih in vodstvenih kompetenc, ki jih zaposleni pridobivajo v procesihizobraţevanja in usposabljanja, vpliva na uspešnost organizacijske enote v organizaciji. Cilj raziskaveje potrditi zastavljeno hipotezo/domnevo, da organizacijske, delovne in vodstvene kompetence, ki jihzaposleni nenehno pridobivajo v procesu izobraţevanja in usposabljanja,prispevajo k uspešnemudelovanju organizacijske enote v podjetju.Metoda:Vpliv učne kulture, to je kompetenc zaposlenih, na uspešnost organizacijske enote smoempirično preverili z raziskavo v skladiščih in Centralni raztehtalnici v tovarni zdravil Krka, d. d. Pritem smo uporabili kvantitativni raziskovalni pristop in kvantitativne statistične metode.Empiričnosmo preverili povezanost med različnimi osrednjimi kompetencami zaposlenih, ki jih pridobijo vprocesu izobraţevanja in usposabljanja in z uspešnostjo organizacijske enote.Rezultati:Rezultati empirične raziskave so pokazali, da sistematično in kakovostno izobraţevanje terusposabljanje zaposlenih pozitivno vpliva na uspešnost organizacijskeenoteSluţbe skladišč intransportav tovarni zdravil Krka, d. d.in s tem posredno tudi na uspešnost podjetja, ki se izraţa vnjegovi tekmovalni sposobnosti. Predvsem organizacijske kompetence spodbujajo razvoj dinamičnegaokolja v organizacijski enoti in omogočajo razvoj novih načinov dela in stalno izboljševanjeposlovnega procesa.Organizacija:Organizacija mora razviti načine ugotavljanja in izrabe osrednjih kompetenc, da ohraniin krepi svojo tekmovalno sposobnost. Pri razvoju kompetenc zaposlenih ima pomembno vlogopraktično izobraţevanje, usposabljanje in izpopolnjevanje znanja v organizaciji, ki prispeva knenehnemu izboljševanju in razvoju organiziranosti v organizaciji, k uspešnemu obvladovanjuprocesov in k doseganju ciljev organizacije.Druţba:Današnje poslovno okolje potrebuje zaposlene, ki imajo široko znanje, in so sposobniodgovorno, samoiniciativno ter ustvarjalno opravljati različne naloge. Pri tem so sposobni aktivnosodelovati v različnih strokovnih skupinah in izmenjevati informacijein znanje. Na organizacijskiravni morajo bitizaposleni sposobni uspešno vpeljevati spremembe, reševati probleme in ustvarjatinovo znanje. Njihova umska in storitvena produktivnost mora biti usmerjena v kakovost in odličnost,ki krepita tekmovalno sposobnost organizacije.Originalnost:Rezultati študije vpliva sistematičnega usposabljanja in izobraţevanja zaposlenih, kirazvija njihove kompetence, prispevajok znanju in razumevanju pomena razvoja učne kulture vorganizaciji.Omejitve/nadaljnjeraziskovanje:Študija ima tudi omejitve, saj smo merili vpliv učne kulture nauspešnost organizacije samo v eni organizacijski enoti v podjetju. Da bi lahko preverili uporabnostsistematičnega izobraţevanja in usposabljanja v drugih organizacijskih okoljih, bi bilo potrebno vraziskavo vključiti tudi druge organizacijske enote. Smiselno bi bilo raziskavo razširiti na drugeorganizacije v zasebnem in javnem sektorju, kar bi omogočilo primerjavo med organizacijamiinpreizkus modela izobraţevanja v različnih organizacijskih okoljih.

Abstract:Research Question (RQ):The research question in the study of the relationship between thecompetencies and the effectiveness of the organizational unit was: Does the development oforganizational, working, and leadership competencies impact the efficiency of the organizational unitin a company? The aim of the research question was to assess the influence of education and trainingon the effectiveness of the organizational unit.Purpose:The intent of this study was to examine how the study culture in the organizational unit of apharmaceutical company demonstrated as the development of the organizational, working, andleadership competencies, affects the effectiveness of the organizational unit. The purpose of theresearch was to prove the hypothesis that the development of these competencies through educationand exercise positively contributes to the efficient working of the organizational unit in the company.Method:In the study, we empirically tested the effects of a learning culture through the issue oforganizational, working, and leadership competencies on the efficiency of the warehouse unit inCentralna raztehtalnica in the pharmaceutical company Krka d.d. We used quantitative researchapproach with quantitative statistical method to evaluate the proposed hypothesis. We empiricallyexamined the relationship between the development of competencies of the employees and theeffectiveness of the organizational unit in a company.Results:The results of the study show positive correlation between the development of theorganizational, working, and leadership competencies and the effectiveness of the organizational unitSluţba skladišč in transportain the pharmaceutical company Krka d.d. The organizationalcompetencies of the employees in an organizational unit substantially contribute to the effectiveness ofthe organizational unit.Organization:The organization mustdevelop effective methods to educate and train the employees.The competencies of the employees, which they acquire in the educational and training processstrengthen the competitive edge of the business and continuously contribute to its effectiveness andquality.Society:Modern business environment demands workers, which possess extensive knowledge andcompetencies. Continuous development of competencies allows the employees to work responsibly,with ambition and creativity in a multi-tasking environment. Knowledgeable workers collaborateeffectively in many expert groups and share information and facts. On the level of society, theycontribute to the effective economy, are subject to change, and are able to create new knowledge.Originality:The study of the impact of the employees competencies on the effectiveness of theorganizational unit adds to the contemporary body of knowledge about the formation and enforcementof the learning culture in a company.Limitations/Future Research:The study has some limitations related to the test. The study shows theimpacts of a learning culture in one of the organizational units of a large company. To obtain moredetailed understanding in the relationship between the learning culture and the success of theorganization, all organizational units should be included in the study. In addition, more detailedexamination including samples from private and public companies, would allow comparison betweencompanies and testing of the educational and teaching methods in various business and working environments.
