Title:Model dejavnikov stresa v izobraževalni inštituciji : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV) : Živimo v obdobju, ko se vse nenehno spreminja, pritiski so vedno večji in prisotni ter delujejo stresno. Meja dovzetnosti za stres in meja obvladljivosti stresa se od posameznika do posameznika razlikuje. Določena obremenitev po meni za nekoga izziv, pri nekom pa enaka obremenitev lahko ogroţa dobro počutje in njegovo samozavest. Na kvaliteto življenja vsakega posameznika pomembno vpliva način, kako se le - ta sooča s stresom. Stres ima negativne posledice za posameznika in inštitucijo ter sistem kot celoto, ker slabo vpliva na kakovost dela, na zdravje posameznika in posledično na "zdravje" organizacije. Zanima nas , kolikšno breme (majhno, srednje, veliko) doţivljajo v izobraţevalni inštituciji pedagoški delavci, zaradi dejavnikov tveganja, povezanih z negativnimi posledicami. Sprašujemo se , katera so najbolj obremenjujoča področja tveganja za poklicni stres pri vseh anketiranih pedagoških delavcih. V nadaljevanju nas zanima, katere negativne pojave pedagoški delavci doživljajo kot najvišje ocenjeno tveganje. Namen: V teoretičnem delu je namen naloge preučiti ugotovitve in dognanja o: stresu, dejavnikih stresa, posledicah stresa, razširjenosti stresa, spoprijemanju s stresom ter vplivu d ejavnikov na kakovost delovnega življenja. V empiričnem delu naše raziskave je namen ugotoviti področja dejavnikov tveganja za nastanek poklicnega stresa pri anketiranih pedagoških delavcih, ki delajo v izobraževalni inštituciji in poučujejo dijake in štud ente ter odrasle slušatelje različnih smeri. Da je poslovanje v izobraževalni inštituciji uspešno in kvalitetno, je v največji moţni meri odvisno od vsakega posameznega zaposlenega. Način soočanja posameznika s stresom lahko vpliva na kvaliteto njegovega ţ ivljenja. Cilj magistrske naloge je izdelati model dejavnikov tveganja za stres in seznaniti vodstvo ter zaposlene o raziskavi in rezultate ustrezno predstaviti in podati svoje mnenje. Metoda: Naloga zajema v teoretičnem delu pregled domače in tuje literature ter povzemanje tujih in domačih avtorjev. V empiričnem delu naloge smo pridobili podatke s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika in le - te analizirali s statističnimi metodami. Uporabili smo deskriptivno statistiko, korelacijske teste in binarno logistično regresijo. Rezultati: Z raziskavo ugotavljamo 17 pomembnih področij tveganj, povezanih z negativnimi posledicami stresa. Ugotavljamo, da so anketirani v 14 dejavnikih tveganja za nastanek stresa malo obremenjeni, srednjo obremenjenost doživljajo na področjih: vloga in odgovornost v organizaciji, vsebin a dela in razvoj poklicne kariere. Negativna pojava: absentizem in izgorelost doživljajo anketirani kot najvišje tveganje. Z rezultati lahko potrdimo, da anketirani stres doživljajo v manjši meri in zato kvaliteta njihovega življenja ni okrnjena . Organizacija: Rezultate raziskave lahko vodstvo uporabi v nadaljevanju kot predloge za izboljšanje situacije in pri snovanju ukrepov za zmanjšanje dejavniko v tveganja za nastanek stresa . Na podlagi modela lahko vodstvo v nadaljevanju pripravi ukrepe, ki bi zmanjšali tiste dejavnike tveganja za poklicni stres, katere pedagoški delavci doživljajo kot najbolj obremenjujoče. Družba: Menimo, da je na podlagi rezultatov izdelan model dejavnikov stresa lahko uporaben tudi v drugih organizacijah saj je stres povsod prisoten. V primeru, da bodo rezultati raziskave upoštevani v inštituciji, bo imelo to pozitiven vpliv na okolje in družbo. Neobremenjenost zaposlenih bo vidna v boljši kvaliteti življenja posameznika in uspešnosti organizacije. Originalnost: Originalnost raziskave je v opravljeni raziskavi v izobraţevalni inštituciji med 154 pedagoškimi delavci, s katero smo ugotavljali obremenjenost posameznih anketirancev , zaradi kategorij ali področji dejavnikov tveganj za poklicni stres. V omenjeni inštituciji še nismo zasledili primerljive raziskave. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: V raziskavo so bili vključeni pedagoški delavci v izobraţevalni inštituciji. V nadaljevanju bi bila potrebna raziskava na področju absentizma in izgorelosti v organizaciji, glede na določeno časovno obdobje.

Abstract:Research Question (RQ): We live in the time when everything is constantly changing, pressures that are present are increasing and causing stress. The level of susceptibility to stress and limit of stress scalability varies from person to person. A certain load can be a challenge for someone but the same load may jeopardize the well - being and self - esteem of somebody else. The quality of life of each individual is dependent on how this person deals with stress. Stress has negative cons equences for an individual, an institution he/she works for an d the system as a whole as it has a negative impact on the quality of work, health of individuals and, consequently, the "health " of an organization. We are interested in how much load (small, medium, large) teaching staff in educational institution experience because of the risk factors associated with negative consequences. We ask ourselves which are the most burdensome areas of risk for occupational stress of teaching staff. Furthermore we are interested in which negative phenomena teaching staff experiences as the highest rated risk. Purpose: In the theoretical part, the purpose of the master's thesis is to study the findings and knowledge of stress, stress factors, effects of stress, the prevalence of stress, coping with stress and the impact of factors on the quality of working life. In the empirical part of the research, the aim is to identify areas of risk factors for occupational stress experienced by interviewed teaching staff employed in an educational institution teaching secondary school and high school students and adult students studying in different study programmes. The quality and effective operations of an educational institution to a great extent depends on each individual employee. The way a person copes with stress can affect the quality of his/her life. The objective of the master's thesis is to create a model of risk factors for stress and to inform management and employees about the survey results and present my opinion. Method: The theoretical part is the review of domestic and foreign literature and summary the foreign and domestic authors. The empirical part of the master's thesis contains the information obtained by means of the questionnaire and analysed by statistical methods. Descriptive statistics, correlation tests and binary lo gistic regression were used. Results: The survey establishes seventeen major areas of risks associated with the negative effects of stress. It is established that respondents in fourteen risk factors for str ess experience little workload. They experience m edium workload in the areas of the role and responsibility within the organization, job content and career development. Respondents experience absenteeism and burnout as the highest risk. The results confirm that stress is experienced by respondents to a l esser extent, and therefore their quality of life is not affected. Organization: Management can use the results of the research as suggestions for improvement and planning how to reduce risk factors for stress occurrence. Based on the model, management can take measures to reduce those risk factors for occupational stress which are experienced by teaching staff as the most burdensome. Society: We believe that the prepared model of stress factors can also be used in any other organization as stress is omnipr esent. If the results of the research are taken into consideration, it can have a positi ve impact on the society. Unstressed employees will enjoy higher quality of life and the organization will be more successful. Originality: The originality of the resea rch is the fact that it was conducted in the educational institution among 154 teachers. The research was used to determine the b urden on individual respondent because of the categories or domains of risk factors for occupational stress. The institution ha s not yet had comparable research. Limitations/further research: The research included teaching staff in the educational institu tion. Further research would be needed in the area of absenteeism and burnout in the organization according to a certain time period.
