Title:Družbeno odgovorno komuniciranje Nuklearne elektrarne Krško z zunanjimi deležniki : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Vse več organizacij se danes zaveda pomena družbeno odgovornega odnosa do okolja in javnosti, vedno več ljudi širše družbe se zanima za kakovostno komunikacijo z organizacijami, ki so del lokalnih skupnosti. V magistrski nalogi nas zanima odgovor na raziskovalno vprašanje, ki se glasi: %Kako naj komunicira Nuklearna elektrarna Krško, da bodo zadovoljeni kriteriji dru žbene odgovornosti do zunanjih deležnikov?%. Namen: Namen in cilji raziskovanja so ugotoviti pričakova nja in stopnjo zadovoljstva pomembnih zunanjih deležnikov z družbeno odgovorno komunikacijo z Nuklearno elektrarno Krško, definirati primeren način komunikacije in po iskati morebitne priložnosti za izboljšave. V raziskavo smo vključili zunanje deležnike: lokaln o skupnost Občine Krško, politično javnost Posavja, novinarje ter društva % nevladne o rganizacije, ki v Sloveniji delujejo v javnem interesu na področju okolja ali ohranjanja n arave. Metoda: V raziskavi je sodelovalo 254 udeležencev, od tega večina (160) predstavnikov lokalne skupnosti Občine Krško. Za testiranje posta vljenih hipotez smo uporabili anketo, ki smo jo sestavili z namenom raziskave in s katero sm o preverjali pričakovanja glede komunikacije, zadovoljstvo in komunikacijske poti. Anketo smo poslali preko elektronske pošte z vabilom in povezavo na anketni vprašalnik. Podatke smo nato obdelali s pomočjo različnih statističnih metod. Uporabili smo metode deskriptivne statistike in neparametrične statistične teste. Rezultati: Pokazali so, kakšna so pričakovanja in kakšna je s topnja zadovoljstva štirih skupin zunanjih deležnikov z družbeno odgovorno komunikaci jo organizacije. Na osnovi tega smo definirali primeren komunikacijski model in predlag ali področja za izboljšave. Organizacija: Ugotovljena pričakovanja in stopnja zadovoljstva zunanjih deležnikov s komunikacijo so pomembna informacija, ki jo bo organizacija uporabila pri svoji dolgoročni strategiji s ciljem upoštevanja interesov širše dru žbe. Družba: Pridobila je odgovor glede pričakovanj in zadovolj stva zunanjih deležnikov s komunikacijo z Nuklearno elektrarno Krško. Originalnost: To je prva tovrstna raziskava za Nuklearno elektra rno Krško, tudi za druge jedrske elektrarne nismo našli podobnih raziskav. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Omejili smo se zgolj na en element družbene odgovornosti, ki ga organizacija izvaja, tj. družbe no odgovorno komuniciranje z zunanjimi deležniki. V raziskavi so sodelovali štirje zunanji deležniki. Omejitev je tudi to, da je bilo največ udeležencev predstavnikov lokalne skupnosti oz. da skupine v vzorcu niso bile številčno izenačene. Nadaljnje raziskave gredo lahko v smeri proučevanja še drugih elementov družbene odgovornosti, ki jih Nuklearna elektrarna Krško udejanja v praksi ali pa se raziskavo razširi tudi na druge zunanje in notranje deležnike, npr. dobavitelje, mednarodne organizacije, s katerimi elektrarna intenzivno komunicira, zaposlene.

Abstract:Research Question (RQ): More and more organizations are aware of the impor tance of socially responsible relation to the environment an d the publics. More and more people are interested in the quality of communication with the organizations that are part of the local community. In our work we would like to answer the research question: "How should Krško Nuclear Power Plant communicate in order to fulfill the criteria of social responsibility to external stakeholders?" Purpose: The purpose and scope of the research is to identi fy the expectations and level of satisfaction with important external stakeholders i n a socially responsible communication with the Krško Nuclear Power Plant. Secondly, we wo uld like to define an appropriate way of communication and identify potential opportunities for improvement. The study included following external stakeholders: the local communit y of the Krško municipality, political activists of Posavje region, journalists and the so ciety % nongovernmental organizations in Slovenia in the public interest of the environment and nature preserving. Method: The study included 254 participants, the majority (160) from the local community of Krško. For testing of hypotheses, we used a survey, which was made for the purpose of research. With survey we examined expectations abou t communication, satisfaction and use of communication ways. The survey was administered over the eEmail, with an invitation and link to the questionnaire. The data were processed using a variety of statistical methods. We used methods of descriptive statistics and nonparam etric statistical methods. Results: They showed what the expectations are and what the degree of satisfaction of the four groups of external stakeholders related to com municate in a socially responsible organization. Based on this, we defined an appropri ate communication model and suggested areas for improvement. Organization: Established expectations and level of satisfaction of external stakeholders related to communication are important information for organization that shall be used in the longEterm strategy. Strategy should take into accou nt the interests of the large society. Society: Obtain the answer related to the expectations and satisfaction of external stakeholders with the Krško Nuclear Power Plant com munication. Originality: This is the first such study for the Krško Nuclear Power Plant, for other nuclear plants we have not found similar studies Limitations/Future Research: We have limited our research to only one element of social responsibility which has been carried out by the o rganization, i.e. socially responsible communication with external stakeholders. The study involved four external stakeholders. Limitation is also the fact that group of the local community was grater then the remaining other groups. Further research can follow direction of other elements of social responsibility which Krško Nuclear Power Plant implements in pract ice or research should also be extended to other internal and external stakeholders, for ex ample suppliers, international organizations, employees, etc..
