Title:Primerjava percepcije kakovosti med dijaki in učitelji na srednjih šolah : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Razi skovalno vprašanje (RV): Pri raziskavi nas je zanimalo mnenje o kakovosti sred nješolskega izobraževanja dijakov in učiteljev ter ali obstajajo razlike med štirimi srednjimi šolami o dojemanju kakovosti srednješolskega izobraževanja. Namen: Namen raziskave je ugotoviti , ali se mnenja o kakovosti izobraževanja med dijaki in učitelji razlikujejo. Cilj raziskave je potrditi hipotezi in ugotoviti precepcijo, dojemanje kakovosti v šoli glede dijakov, udeležencev izobraževanja in s strani učiteljev, izvajalcev i z obraževanja. Z raziskavo želimo ugotoviti mnenje o kakovosti sred nješolskega izobraževanja dijakov in učiteljev . Narediti želimo tudi primerjavo med mnenji in ali obstajajo razlike med štirimi srednjimi šolami. Metoda: V empiričnem delu sta bila predmet ra ziskovanja dijaki in učitelji, predstavili smo srednje šole, kjer smo izvajali anketo, opisali smo vzorec raziskave, anketni vprašalnik in spremenljivke raziskovanja. Anketne vprašalnik e so izpolnili učitelji in dijaki, in sicer 89 dijakov in 79 učiteljev. Pridobljene podatke smo statistično obdelali z opisno statistiko ter Kruskal - Wallis testom in Mann - Whitney testom. Rezultati: Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da i majo dijaki in učitelji različno percepcijo kakovosti v šolstvu. Organizacija: Šole želijo b iti kakovostne in dati dijakom znanje, ki ga potrebujejo za opravljanje svojega bodočega poklica ali podati znanje, ki ga potrebujejo pri vertikalnem izobraževanju. Družba: Pomemben je družbeni odnos do izobraževanja in znanja. Družba mora prepoznati intel ektual ni kapital in ga zadržati ter s podbuditi pri njegovem prispevku v družbi. Originalnost: Raziskava na nivoju srednjega šolstva glede percepcije kakovosti dijakov in učiteljev je bila izvedena prvič. Kakovost v šolah je bila in se še vedno uvaja s proj ekti o ugotavljanju in zagotavljanju kakovosti v izobraževanju, ki pa niso sistemsko urejeni. Šola je avtonomna pri kakovostnem delovanju in odgovorna za znanje dijakov. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Raziskava je prostorsko omejena na JV del Slovenije. V raziskovalnem delu smo primerjali p e rcepcijo štirih srednjih šol. Raziskovanje s tega področja se lahko razširi na celotno državo in se ugotavlja kazalnik kakovosti v šolstvu.

Abstract:Research question (RQ): The research attempted to discern the opinion of secondary school students and teachers on the quality of secondary school education . Furthermore , it attempted to establish if there were differences between schools on how they view the quality of secondary school education. Purpose: The purpose of the research study was to determine whether opinions regarding the quality of education d iffer between secondary school students and teachers . The aim of the research was to confirm the hypotheses and determine the perception and definition of quality at school from the viewpoint of students , who are participants of education , and teachers who are carrying out the education al process. The research study attempted to determine the opinion of secondary school students and teachers regarding the quality of secondary school education . In addition, we compared different opinions and determined diffe rences in opinions among secondary schools. Method: The empirical part of the study examined secondary school students and teachers . The research methods, questionnaire, sample and variables are described. The research was conducted among 89 secondary sch ool students, 89 students and 79 teacher s . The data were analysed statistically using descriptive statistics, as well as Kruskal % Wallis test and Mann - Whitney test. Results: The research results show ed that secondary school students and teachers have diff erent perceptions in the quality of education. Organisation: Schools want to maintain high quality and provide secondary school students with knowledge that they need at work or for further education. Society: Societal attitude towards education and knowle dge is important. Society needs to identify intelligent, educated capital, retain and encourage their contribution to society. Originality: Such research on perception of quality in secondary education from the viewpoint of secondary school students and t eachers was to the best of our knowledge conducted for the first time. Quality in schools has been and is continuing to be implemented through various projects, but they have not been systemic. Each school is autonomous when it comes to quality and is resp onsible for knowledge of its students. Limitations/further research: The research study was carried out in south - eastern Slovenia. In the research study, we compared the perception of quality with four secondary school s . The research could be expanded thro ughout the country and, through such endeavours , be able to determine quality indicator s in education.
