Title:Razvoj informacijskega sistema za e-vzdrževanje prenosnega plinovodnega omrežja : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Danes se v se več uspešnih organizacij od ostalih razlikuje prav po tem, da se na spremembe v nemir n em poslovnem okolju hitro odziva jo . V magistrski nalogi nas zanima odgovor na raziskovalno vprašanje, ki se glasi: % Ali z razvojem aplikacije e - informacijskega sistema za spremljanje vzdrževanja plinovodnega sistema povečamo učinkovitost, kakovost in varnost opravljanja vzdrževalnega procesa ?% Namen: Namen magistrske naloge je posn etek stanja obstoječega vzdrževalnega procesa plinovodnega sistema ter razvoj novega informacijskega sistema e - vzdrževanje, ki bo celovito, kakovostno in varnostno podpiral vzdrževalno funkcijo v podjetju. Metoda: Uporabili bomo deduktivno metodo ter prou čili in analizirali literaturo bistven ih avtorjev , s ciljem izpopolniti naše znanje s področja razvoja informacijskih sistemov . Z analizo obstoječega informacijskega sistema vzdrževalne funkcije bomo s % flowchart % diagram om prikazali proces obstoječe vzdrž evalne funkcije ter z ERM ( angl. Entity Relationship Model ) prikazali model podatkov vzdrževalne funkcije prenosnega plinovodnega omrežja. Rezultati: Rezultati so razvoj s pridobitvijo informacijskega sistem a , ki bo omogočal vodenje in spremljanje vzdrževaln ih posegov na prenosnem plinovodnem omrežju . Le - ta bo vzdrževalcem omogoča l učinkovito, jas n o , kakovostno in varno opravljanje svojega vsakdanjega dela. Proces vzdrževanja bo temelji l na najboljši praksi in bil podprt z najsodobnejšimi sistemi sp letne tehnologije z uporabo integrirane baze podatkov. Organizacija: O rganizacija bo pridobila e - informacijski sistem za spremljanje vzdrževanja plinovodnega sistema, ki bo predstavlja l sistemski model informati zacije vzdrževalne funkcije. Družba: Podjetje se zave da svoje družbene odgovornosti ter pomembnosti pravilnega ravnanj a z zemeljskim plinom , ki ne dopušča napak, zato se s pridobitvijo takšne vrste informacijskega sistema, ki omogoča učinkovito in zanesljivo vzdrževanje , verjetnost nastank a n e želenih dogodkov bodisi v naravnem okolju bodisi na področju družbe zmanjša na najmanjšo stopnjo . Originalnost: Izvirnost raziskave je v tem, da je opazovano eno izmed podjetij v Republiki Sloveniji, ki je operater prenosnega sistema zemeljskega plina , pri katerem bo razvit in izveden e - informacijski sistem. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Omejili smo se le na e no izmed organizacijskih enot, ki je zadolžena za vzdrževanje prenosnega plinovodnega sistema. Za n adaljnje raziskave predlagamo razmislek o z m ožnosti h proučevanja nadgradnje pridobljenega inform acijskega sistema in novih rešitvah , kajti globalizacija in povezanost sveta se kaže ta skozi sisteme informacijskih tehnologij ter omrežij, ki omogočajo vsak dan večje hitrosti sporazumevalno - prenosnih po ti prenosa podatkov.

Abstract:Research Question (RQ): In today%s world more and more successful organisations are distinct from the others, according to the speed of their response to changes in the turbulent business world . In this Master%s thesis we are interested in finding an answer to the following research question: %Are the efficiency, quality and safety of the gas pipeline system maintenance process enhanced through the development of the e - information system application for monitoring this maintenance process?% Purpose: The aim of this Master's thesis is to record the state of the existing maintenance process of the gas pipeline system and to develop a new information system, called e - maintenance, which will wholly, qualitatively and safely support the maintenance function in the company. Method : We will use the deductive method, study and analyse relevant literature with the goal of complementing the knowledge about the information systems . Through the analysis of the existing information system maintenance function, we shall present a process o f the existing maintenance function with a flowchart diagram. The data model of the gas transmission system maintenance function will be presented with the ERM (Entity Relationship Model). Results: The main result will be the development by means of the n ewly acquired information system that will enable management and monitoring of the maintenance procedures on the gas transmission system. This information system will enable the maintenance personnel to efficiently, transparently, qualitatively and safely perform their everyday work. The maintenance process will be based on the best practice and will be supported with the most up - to - date internet technology systems with the use of an integrated database. Organization: The organisation will acquire the e - information system for monitoring the maintenance of the gas pipeline system, which will represent a system model for the informatisation of the maintenance function. Society: The Company is aware of its social responsibility and the i mportance of the correct dealing with natural gas, which does not allow any mistakes. Through acquiring such an information system that enables effective and reliable maintenance, the possibility of unwanted events inside or outside the company%s environme nt, will be reduced to a minimum. Originality: The originality of this research is in the fact that the Slovenian company, which is observed in this thesis, is a transmission system operator for gas that will develop and implement the considered e - informa tion system. Limitations/Future Research: We have limited our research to the area, which is related to one of the organisational units in the Company that is responsible for maintenance of the gas transmission system. For further research we would sugges t to consider an investigation of different possibilities of upgrading the acquired information system with new solutions, because globalisation and connectivity of the world are presented through information technology systems and networks that enable hig her speed of communication pathways for data transfer every day.
