Title:Vpliv komunikacije na reševanje težav, motiviranost in uspešnost zaposlenih : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV) : Podjetja si v današnjem času želijo biti uspešnejša na vseh področjih svojega poslovanja, saj le tako lahko dosežejo poslovanje, ki si ga želijo in ki jim omogoča obstoj na trgu. Zelo pomembni so tudi odnosi, ki jih imajo s svojimi poslovnimi partnerji, odjemalci in s eveda zaposlenimi, pri tem pa ima zelo pomembno vlogo komunikacija. Če hočemo v organizaciji izboljšati kakovost komuniciranja z zaposlenimi , jim moramo nameniti več časa ter jim s pogovorom in pohvalo potrditi pripadnost v organizaciji. V nalogi smo se za to osredotočili na komunikacijo in na iskanje priložnosti za izboljšave v večjem podjetju v jugovzhodnem delu Slovenije. Namen: V večji organizaciji v sektorju X smo ugotavljali in analizirali trenutno stanje na področju komuniciranja med zaposlenimi in vodji. Prav tako smo na podlagi ankete podali predloge za izboljšave. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo podali ključne sestavine, ki so potrebne za obvladovanje področja komunikacije. V praktičnem delu smo analizirali trenutno stanje v organizaciji in s pomoč jo ankete prišli do konkretnih rezultatov. Metoda: Organizacija ima več možnosti , s katerimi lahko meri učinkovitost in uspešnost komuniciranja. Naredili in izvedli smo anketo, s katero smo ugotavljali raven zadovoljstva zaposlenih s komunikacijo v podjetju. Rezultati: Mnenj a anketirancev oziroma rezultati analize so se nekoliko razlikovali od tez, ki smo jih zastavili. Rezultati so nas opozorili na ključne težave, ki j im bo potrebno posvetiti več pozornosti. Osredotočiti se bo potrebno tudi na prednosti, ki jih smatramo kot konkurenčne prednosti. Organizacija: Zelo pomembno je , da se organizacija osredotoči na komunikacijo in poskuša na tem področju ugotoviti, kje in kaj mora izboljšati, da lahko doseže raven, ki si jo želi. Izvedena anketa nam to pove, vendar pa nima primerjalne vrednosti, ker jo na enak način še nismo izvedli, zato nimamo primerne primerjave . Zelo pomembno je, da anketo izvajamo sistematično in na ta način ugotavljamo napredek in izboljšave na istem področju. Predvsem dobimo povratno informacijo, kje je zaznan napredek ter kje moramo še naprej iskati priložnosti in možnosti za izboljšave. Družba: Za organizacijo je pomembno, da ima vzpostavljeno komunikacijo, ki temelji na vrednotah zaposlenih. Ker so zaposleni v organizaciji del sodobne družbe, lahko njihov pogled na komunikacijo v organizaciji prenesemo na sodobno družbo. Originalnost: Zastavljen cilj diplomske naloge je v najkrajšem možnem času dvigniti raven komunikacije v organizaciji na najvišjo možno raven. Z izvedbo ankete smo skušali ugotoviti pomanjkljivosti in na tem področju poiskati možne rešitve. Omejitve / nadaljnje raziskovanje : Pri vseh spremembah se pojavljajo dejavniki tveganja, ki jih moramo upoštevati in so povezani s celovitostjo in z obsegom naloge ter s težavami pri obvladovanju sprememb. Raziskava v diplomski nalogi je časovno omejena in prilagojena trenutnemu stanju v organizaciji.

Abstract:Research Question (RQ): Nowadays, companies want to be successful in all areas of their business operating activities, since this the only way to reach desired commercial success and remain on the market. The relationship with business partners, customers and employees is vital and communication plays a key role in the process. If we want to improve the level of communication with the employees in an organization, we need to devote more time to them and confirm their loyalty to the organization with praise and conversation. In the thesis we have therefore focused on the communication and on the search for improvements in a larger company in south - eastern Slovenia. Purpose: We have determined and analyzed the current situation of communication between the employees and leaders in a larger organization in the X sector. Based on survey results, we have also provided suggestions for improvements. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we have presented the key components for the control of communication. In the practical part, we have analyzed the current state in the organization and reached factual results with the help of the survey. Method: The organization has several approaches for measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of communication. We have carried out a survey with which we have determined the level of employee satisfaction with the communication within the company. Results: The respondentsʼ opinions or the results of the analysis slightly differ from the thesis we have set. The results have pointed out to some key problems that would require more attention. The focus will also be needed on the advantages that are considered as competitive advantages. Organization: It is very important for an organization to focus on communication and to attempt to determine where and what needs to be improved so that the desired level could be achieved. The conducted survey tells us that, but it has no comparative value, because it had not been carried out in the same way before and therefore we have no comparison. It is important that the survey be carried out systematically so that the progress and improvements can be recognized. Above all, we get the feedback on where the progress has been detected an d where to continue searching for opportunities and possibilities for improvement. Society: It is of key importance an organization to establish communication that is based on the values of its employees. Since the employees of an organization are a part of the modern society, their view on communication in the organization can be transferred to the modern society. Originality: The objective of the thesis is to raise the level of communication in the organization to the highest possible standard in the shortest possible time. With the survey, we have tried to determine the deficiencies and look for possible solutions in this area. Limitations / Future Research: All changes are accompanied by risk factors that should be taken into consideration and which are related to the integrity and the scope of the thesis and also with the difficulties in managing changes. The research in this thesis has a time limit and is adapted to the current state of the organization.
