Title:Komuniciranje z različnimi tipi osebnosti na delovnem mestu in kakovost posameznika : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Raziskovalno vprašanje zajema področje osebnostnih tipov (temperamentov) in poznavanje zaposlenih obravnavane organizacije. Zanima nas, kako posamezni osebnostni tipi komunicirajo med seboj in z nadrejenimi ter, ne nazadnje, če osebnostni tip posameznika vpliva na komunikacijo v organizaciji in na kakovost poslovanja. Namen: Namen je ugotoviti način in pomen komuniciranja med različnimi tipi osebnosti v organizaciji. Ugotovili bomo, koliko je posameznih tipov osebnosti v organizaciji, katerih je največ in kako posamezni osebnosti tipi komunicirajo med seboj. Ugotoviti želimo še, kako medsebojno komuniciranje vpliva na kakovost poslova nja podjetja in na poslovno odličnost posameznika. Metoda: Teoretični del diplomske naloge je pripravljen na podlagi kompilacije. Uporabljena je deskriptivna metoda, s katero so opisani ključni pojmi, ki so potrebni za celovito razumevanje komunikacije med zaposlenimi. V empiričnem delu je uporabljena metoda anketiranja. Med zaposlene obravnavanega podjetja s ta bila razdeljena standardizirani test z naslovom Test osebnostnega prereza, s pomočjo katerega smo ugotovili število posameznih osebnostnih tipov, in vprašalnik, z analizo katerega je ugotovljeno zavedanje zaposlenih ali lahko dobra komunikacija v podjetju pripelje do boljšega rezultata poslovanja, in s tem poslovne odličnosti posameznika. Rezultati: Rezultati Testa osebnostnega prereza so pokazali, da je v organizaciji zaposlenih največ ljudi z osebnostnim tipom flegmatika, pa tudi, da ni odstopanj v načinu komunikacije med različnimi osebnostnimi tipi. Vsi se zavedajo, da ima način komuniciranja velik vpliv na kakovostno izvedbo del in storitev, ki jih opravlja jo, ter da pri tem ne gre zanemariti poslovne odličnosti posameznika. Zato so se v tej smeri pripravljeni izobraževati tudi v svojem prostem času. Organizacija: Z zavedanjem, da so za vsakega posameznika značilne vrednote, ki jih opredeljuje njegov osebnostni tip, in s spoznavanjem različnosti in značilnosti tipov osebnosti, je lahko komunikacija v organizaciji veliko boljša, kar ima za posledico boljšo kakovost poslovanja. Družba: Z upoštevanjem rezultatov raziskave ima to lahko ugoden vpliv na organizacijo. Zaposleni lahko dosežejo višjo raven komuniciranja, kar ima za posledico boljše opravljeno delo. Kakovostnejše opravljene storitve bi, glede na dejavnost organizacije, imele velik vpliv na širšo okolico. Originalnost: Originalnost raziskave je v izvirnosti ideje in vsebine. Glede na dolgoletne delovne izkušnje in sodelovanje z različnimi ljudmi, ki se največkrat ne zavedajo, da ima na njihov način komuniciranja velik vpliv njihov osebnostni tip, ter z zanimanjem načina komuniciranja posameznega osebnostnega tipa, se je porodila ideja o raziskavi obravnavane teme. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Raziskava je bila omejena na obravnavano podjetje, ki se ukvarja z izvajanjem gospodarskih javnih služb. Prav tako je bila raziskava omejena z uporabo ankete, kjer so bila uporabljena zaprta vprašanja in so anketiranci lahko podali svoje mnenje le pri nekaterih točkah. Priporočili bi izvedbo intervjujev z anketiranimi. S tem bi pridobili bolj bogate rezultate in ugotovitve. S pridobljenimi rezultati in predlogi zaposlenih bo mogoče izboljšati komuniciranje v organizaciji, kar bo imelo za posledico kvalitetnejše opravljeno delo in bo pripomoglo k poslovni odličnosti posameznika.

Abstract:Research Question (RQ): The RQ covers the field of personality types (temp eraments) and the knowledge of the employees and their organizati on. The question focuses on how do certain personality types communicate with each oth er and with their superiors and also whether the personality type of an individual has any impact on the internal communication and the quality of operations. Purpose: The aim of this diploma thesis is to establish a method and an importance of communication among various personality types in the organization. It will determine how many individual personality types exist in the organization, which types are the most predominant and how individual personality types communicate with each other. The aim is also to find out how internal communication influen ces the quality of company's operations and the business excellence of an individual. Method: The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is draw n up on the basis of compilation. The descriptive method is applied to provide descri ptions of key notions needed for a comprehensive understanding of communication among the employees. The empirical part that follows uses the survey method. The employees of the company received two tests; i.e. the standardized test entitled Personality Profile Test to establish the number of individual personality types, and the questionnaire the analys is of which provided the level of awareness of employees regarding the impact of good communication within the company on the good performance and therefore business excellence of an individual. Results: The results of Personality Profile Test showed the company employs the most people with a phlegmatic temperament. It was also established that there are no discrepancies in the method of communication between different personality types. All the employees are aware that the method of communication has an impact on the performance quality of their works and services. They also know that the busines s excellence of an individual must not be neglected and are therefore prepared to educated th emselves also in their spare time. Organization: The awareness of the existence of values defining our individual personality type and the familiarization with diversity and characteristics of personality types contribute to better communication within the organization that leads to better quality of operations. Society: In line with the study results this can have a ben eficial effect on the organization. The employees can attain a higher level of communic ation and thus improve their performance. In regard to the companyʼs business ac tivity, quality executed services would also have a greater impact on the wider environment . Originality: The originality of this research lies in its idea and subject matter. The idea about a more detailed research of the relevant topic emerged due to many years of work experience and cooperation with various people who are often unaware of their personality type having a great impact on their method of communication and also due to a great interest in the communication method of individual personality type. Limitations/Future Research: The research was limited to the respective company that deals with the performance of commercial public services. It was also limited by the application of the survey with closed questions offering the opinion of the respondents only on some issues. It is recommended to carry out interviews with the respondents. These would give better results and findings. The acquired results and proposals of the employees will help to improve the communication within the organization thus achieving better performance and business excellence of an individual.
