Title:Organizacijska klima in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju Interdent d.o.o. : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV) : Raziskovalno vprašanje se nanaša n a merjenje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Predpostavljamo, da sodobne organizacije poleg usmerjenosti na odjemalce in kakovost proizv odov posvečajo pozornost tudi zadovoljstvu zaposlenih in delovnemu vzdušju v organizaciji. Namen: Namen pisanja diplomske naloge je preučitev teoretičnih stališč , k i govorijo o organizacijski klimi in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih , ter preučitev organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju Interdent d.o.o. ter podati predloge za izboljšanje. Metoda : V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo s pomočjo tuje in domače literature ter internetnih virov predstavili teoretična izhodišča o organizacijski klimi in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih . V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo uporabili kvantitativno metodo. Z vprašalnikom zapr tega tipa, ki je opremljen s 5 % st openjsko Likertovo lestvico , smo ugotavljali , kakšna je organizacijska klima in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju Interdent d.o.o. , in sicer na lokacijah v Celju, Gor njem Gradu in Sv. Nedelji (Hrvaška) . Rezultati: Rezultati merj e nja organizacijske klime v podjetju Interdent d.o.o. so pokazali, da je najbolje ocenjena lokacija Celje, sledi j i lokacija Gornji Grad in nato š e lokacija Sv. Nedelja. Sicer pa rezultati meritev kažejo rezultate, ki pozitivno odstopajo od povprečja SiOK za l eto 2011. Organizacija: Raziskava bo vplivala na organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, saj se bodo na podlagi ugotovitev izvedene raziskave podali predlog i in kasneje izvedle izboljšave na vseh področjih organizacije. Družba: Raziskava in kasn eje izvedene izboljšave v organizaciji bodo služile kot primer dobre prakse ravnanja z ljudmi v organizaciji. Originalnost: V obravnavani organizaciji se doslej meritve organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih niso izvajale. V prihodnje se bo sprem ljanje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih sistemsko umestilo v delo organizacije. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje : Ker do sedaj v podjetju Interdent d.o.o. še nikoli niso izvedli merjenja organizacijske klime, pridobljenih rezult atov ni bilo mogoče primerjati s prejšnjim stanjem v organizaciji . V prihodnje se bo v časovnem i n te rval u dveh let izvajalo merjenje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih.

Abstract:Research Q uestion (RQ) : The research question relat es to the measurement of organis ational climate and employee satisfaction. It is assumed that addition to focusing on customers and product quality, modern organis ations are paying attention to employee satisfaction and wor k environment within the organis ation. Purpose: The purpose of writing my thesis is to examine the theoretical views which describe organis ational climate and employee satisfaction, and to examine both in the company Interdent d.o.o., and provide suggestions for improvement. Method: In the theoretical part of my thesis, we use foreign and domestic literature and Internet sources to present the theoretical fou ndations of organis ational climate and employee satisfaction. In the empirical part of the thesis a quantitative method has been used. A five % step Likert scale set questionnaire wa s used to determine what organi s ational climate and employee satisfaction are in the company Interdent d.o.o. which has locations in Celje, Gornji Grad and Sv. Nedelja (Croatia). Results: The results of the mea surement of the organi s ational climate in the company Interdent d.o.o. have shown that the location in Celje has gained the best rating, followed by Gornji Grad and finally Sv. Nedelja. In addition, analysis of the results shows that they are above average regarding S iOK for 2011. Organization: T he research will benefit organi s ational climate and employee satisfaction as it will be beased on the findings of the research carried out, and proposal to implement further improvements in all areas of the organis ation will b e subsequently proposed. Society: Research and improvements carried out later in the organis ation will serve as an example of good practice to dea l with people within the organis ation. Originality: In the above % mentioned company the measurement of organi s ational climate and employee satisfaction has not yet been implemented. In future, monitoring of organi s ational climate and employee satisfaction will be routinely carried out in the company. Limitations/Future Research : Measuring the organi s ational clim ate in Interdent d.o.o. has not so far been performed, and so the results could not be compared with any previous situation within the organis ation. In future, with a time lapse of two years, measurem ent of organi s ational climate and employee satisfaction will be carried out.
