Title:Izobraževanje in motivacija v proizvodnji organizaciji : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Raziskava obravnava vprašanje, kako so zaposleni motivirani za izobraţevanje, ki jim kasneje lahko omogoči tudi napredovanje. Postavlja se tudi vprašanje , zakaj so odrasli manj motivirani za izobraţevanje kot mladi. Namen: Namen diplomske naloge je bil ug otoviti povezavo med motivacijo in i zobraţevanjem zaposlenih v organizaciji in kako motivacij a zaposlenih vpliva na izobraţevanje ter s tem na dosego cilje v organizacije. Metoda: Raziskava v d iplomsk i nalogi je bila izpeljana z metodo ankete. Uporabljen je bil vprašalnik z Likertovo ocenjevalno lestvico in raziskovana percepcija motiviranja zaposlenih za izobraţevanje v organizaciji. V anketo so bili vključeni zaposleni v proizvodni organizaciji . Rezultati: Rezultati raziskave so nam dali ugotovitve , kako se prepozna vpeljevanje dejavnikov motivacije, ki privedejo zaposlene, da se odločijo za izobraţevanje in izpopolnjevanje znanja. Z aposleni v organi zaciji so motivirani za izobraţevanje, saj t o pripomo re k hitrejšemu napredovanju in k boljši plači. Organizacija: V organizaciji se je , na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov v raziskavi, po veča lo zavedanj e , kako pomembno je motiviranje zaposlenih, da se odločijo za izobraţevanje in da se jim da moţnost, da se izpopolnjujejo in nabirajo dodatno znanje, ki pripomo re k boljši uspešnosti pri njihovem delu. Druţba: Poveča lo se je zavedanj e v druţbi , kako pomembno je izobraţevanje za zaposlene in samo organizacijo, da se zaposleni lahko razvijajo, usposabljajo in pridobljeno znanje uporabijo tudi pri svojem delu. Originalnost: Izvirnost raziskave je bila osebna zasnova na podlagi delovnih izkušenj pri opravljanju del na področju m otivacije in izobraţevanja . Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Raziskava je bila omejena na zaposlene in vodstvo v proizvodni organizaciji . Dodatn i omejit vi raziskave sta bil i število zaposlenih v proizvodni organizaciji ter kraj anketiranja. Kot priloţnost za nadaljnje raziskovanje lahko organizacija preveri vpeljevanje dejavnikov motivacije , kot so način dobre komunikacije, več znanja in boljše zadovoljstvo ter doseganje uspešnosti celotne organizacije .

Abstract:Research question (RQ): The research deals with the question how employees are motivated for education that can later lead to promo tion. Furthermore, we wanted to find out why adults are less motivated for education than the youth. Purpose: The purpose of the diploma thesis was to find out the connection between motivation and education of the employees in the organization and the influence of motivation on their education needed to achieve the goals of the organization. Method: The research was carried out by the questionnaire with Likert Scale. The perception of motivating the employees in the organization was explored as well. The employees who work in the production organization took part in the research. Results: The results of the rese arch give us information how introduction of motivation factors that make the employees educate and improve their knowledge can be noticed. The employees in the organization are motivated for education because it is something that leads to faster promotion and better salary. Organization: Based on the results of the research the awareness that motivating the employees for education is of great importance because it gives them a chance to improve and get additional knowledge which leads to better success a t their work has increased. Society: The awareness that education is vital for the employees and the organization in order to develop, train and use the gained knowledge at their work has increased in the society too. Originality: The originality of the research was a personal plan based on working experience and work carried out in the field of motivation and education so far. Limitations/Future Research: The research was limited to the employees and management of the production organization. Another li mitation was the number of employees and the place of interviewing. As an opportunity for further research the organization can check introduction of motivation factors as a method of good communication, more knowledge, better satisfaction and achieving su ccess of the whole organization.
