Title:Motiviranost za izobraževanje zaposlenih v javno zdravstvenem zavodu : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV) : Z raziskavo želimo ugotoviti , kateri so motivatorji in katere so potrebe za izobraževanje zaposlenih ter kateri so poklici, ki imajo večje potr ebe po izobraževanju v obravnavanem javno zdravstvenem zavodu. Namen: Namen raziskave je bil predstaviti koncepte motivacije in izobraževanja, kjer smo se osredotočili na defi nicije, vrste in same metode le - teh. Nadalje smo opravili tudi pregled literatur e na temo izobraževanja v zdravstvu. Pri empiričnem delu je bil glavni cilj pridobiti informacije o tem, katera znanja zaposleni v javno zdravstvenem zavodu še potrebujejo oziroma želijo za še boljše opravljanje svojega dela. Poleg tega nas je zanimalo tud i, koliko so se zaposleni sploh pripravljeni izobraževati ter na kakšen način. Metoda: Pri raziskovanju smo uporabili kvantitativno metodo raziskovanja, kjer smo analizirali in predstavili podatke , zbrane s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika v obravnavanem jav no zdravstvenem zavodu. Na podlagi vseh pridobljenih informacij oziroma podatkov smo odgovorili na raziskovalna vprašanja in podali tudi neka konkretna priporočila za izboljšave. Rezultati: S pomočjo rezultatov smo želeli ugotoviti, ali so se zaposleni p ripravljeni izobraževati glede na uvajanje sprememb na konkretnem primeru %uvajanja standardov kakovosti v javno zdravstveni zavod%. Kot smo pričakovali , je bila želja in potreba po izobraževa nju kadra velika. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da s e želje in potreb e po izobraževanju pri različnih poklicih dokaj razlik ujejo . Zadovoljstvo z izobraževanjem, ki poteka znotraj zavoda, je zelo visoko. Organizacija : Vodje z različnih področij v javno zdravstvenem zavodu bodo v naši raziskavi lahko našli način, kako motivi rati zaposlene za izobraževanje in kateri so poklici, ki imajo večje potrebe po izobraževanju . Izsledki se lahko upoštevajo tudi za širše družbeno okolje in področje javne uprave. Družba: Izobraževanje pozitivno vpliva na kvalitetnejšo obravnavo odjemalce v. Originalnost: V konkretnem javno zdravstvenem zavodu se raziskava še ni izvajala. V skladu z uvajanjem standardov kakovosti v javno zdravstveni zavod pa je ena izmed zahtev za implementacijo standardov izvajanje raziskave na temo motiviranost za izobraževanje zaposlenih. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje : Metoda zbiranja podatkov je bila izvedena s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Omejili smo se le na en javno zdravstveni zavod v Sloveniji.

Abstract:Research Question (RQ): With this undergraduate diploma thesis, we wanted to determine the motivators and needs for employee training, and which professions have a greater need for education in a public health institute. Purpose: The purpose of the inquiry is to present the concepts of motivation and edu cation, where we focused on definition s , types and methods. F urthermore, we conducted a literature review on the topic of education in health care. In the empirical part of the thesis, the main objective was to determine which kno wledge and skills employees in a public health institution st ill need to better perform their work. In addition , we were interested in determining how many employees were even willing to be educ ated/trained and in which way. Method: In this undergraduate research thesis , we used quantitative research method , where we analyzed and presented data collected from a questionnaire that was distributed in a specific public health institute. On the basis of the collected data, we analyzed the responses and determined concrete recommendations for improvement. Results: The results assisted us in de termining whether employees are willing to be educated and trained in relation to the introduction of specific changes of " introduc ing quality standards in a public health institution." We also found that the wishes and needs for educationare quite differe ntin different professions. Satisfaction with the education taking place in the institute (in - house training) is relatively high. Organization: Leading individuals working for a public health institut e, who are specialized in various fields , will be able to use this study to find a way to motivate employees for further education and id e ntify professions with greater need for education and training. The results may also be considered in a wider social environment and public administration. Company: Educati on has a positive effect with regard to high - quality relations with clients. Originality: A study of this type has not yet been performed in a public health institute in Slovenia. In line with the introduction of quality standards in a public health care institution , one of the requirements for the implementation of standards is to conduct a research on the topic of "motivation for educating employees." Limitations: The data was collected using a questionnaire and applies to a single public health insti tute in Slovenia.
