Title:Analiza vpliva odnosov med kupcem in dobavitelji na kakovost dobav : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Raziskovalno vprašanje: Analiza vpliva odnosov med kupcem in dobavitelji na kakovost dobav, kjer odnos pomeni (1) kratkoro č no aktivno sodelovanje in (2) dolgoro č ni partnerski odnos. Kupec in dobavitelj morata vzp ostaviti primerne odnose, z namenom, da imata oba od tega tudi dolo č ene koristi. Dobavitelj mora težiti k č im manjšim proizvodnim stroškom in zahtevani kakovosti proizvoda, kupec pa k č im manjšemu številu reklamacij pri dobavitelju in posl edi č no manjšim stroškom iz tega naslova. Torej je potrebno z aktivnostmi prepre č iti nasprotja med njima in vzpostaviti sinergijo, ki bo obema prinesla koristi. Namen: Ugotoviti ho č emo, kako najpomembnejši dejavniki odnosov med kupc em in dobaviteljem vplivajo na kakovost dobav in kako to vpliva na stroške slabe kakovosti. Metoda: Osnova so podatki iz obstoje č ega informacijskega sistema v organizaciji o kakovosti dobav. Podatki bodo matemati č no obdelani. Rezultati bodo prikazani v numeri č ni in grafi č ni obliki. Rezultati: Izboljšanje odnosov vpliva na zmanjšanje števila re klamacij, na skrajšanje č asa odprtja reklamacij in znižanje vseh povezanih s troškov s tem. Organizacija: Organizacija bo lahko naredila plan korektivnih akt ivnosti za izboljšanje posameznih faktorjev, ki vplivajo na kakovost dobav . Družba: Apliciranje spoznanj širše v ve č organizacijah. Originalnost: Prva tovrstna raziskava v organizaciji. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Raziskava pojasnjuje posamezne vplive, ne obravnava pa medsebojnih razmerij med dejavniki, sa j smo zajeli samo eno organizacijo.

Abstract:Research Question (RQ): Analysis of the impact of relations between custome rs and suppliers on quality of supplies, where relation me ans (1) short-term active participation and (2) a long-term partnership. A customer and a s upplier must each establish proper relations, with the intend to have some benefits. T he supplier must strive to have minimal manufacturing costs and the required quali ty of the product, and the customer strives towards minimal number of complaints with t he supplier and consequently lower costs. So it is necessary to prevent conflicts betw een them and create synergies with activities which will benfit both. Purpose: We want to find out how the most important factors in the relations between customers and suppliers affect the quality of suppl ies and how that affects the costs of poor quality. Method: The basis are the data from the existing informatio n system in an organization about the quality of supplies. The data will be mat hematically processed. The results will be displayed in numerical and graphical form. Results: The improvements of relations reduce the number of complaints, shorten the time of opening of complaints and reduce costs asso ciated with them. Organization: The organization will be able to make a plan of cor rective actions to improve the individual factors that affect the qual ity of supplies. Society: Applying knowledge more widely in organizations. Originality: The first such study in the organization. Limitations/Future Research: The study explains individual effects, but it doesn't discuss relations between factors, as we captured only one organization.
