Abstract:Da podjetja uspešno rastejo, morajo nenehno iskati nove strategije rasti. Podjetje P&I Zalog, d. o. o., se je na podlagi raziskovanja odločilo za rast pospeševanja prodaje prek Google oglaševanja. Z ustreznim motiviranjem zaposlenih in implementacijo znanj iz prodaje bo podjetje povečalo prodajo prek telemarketinga. Z opravljenimi analizami ovir in pasti na podjetju, panogi in makro okolju predstavlja pospeševanje prodaje največji potencial z najnižjim tveganjem za podjetje. S pomočjo pridobljenih rezultatov empirične raziskave bo podjetje na Googlu izpostavljalo kontaktni telefon. Podjetje ima možnost rasti tudi s ponujanjem skladiščnih storitev, vendar tu obstaja večje tveganje, gledano na investicijo.

Title:NAČRTOVANJE RASTI IN POSPEŠEVANJE PRODAJE S POMOČJO POVEČANJA SKLADIŠČNIH KAPACITET, PROMOCIJE IN IZOBRAŽEVANJA – PRIMER PODJETJE P&I ZALOG, D. O. O.
Abstract:If a company wants to grow successfully, it has to constantly look for new growth strategies. Based on conducted research, the P&I Zalog company decided to increase sales promotion through Google advertising. By appropriate employee motivation and sales skills implementation, the company will increase sales through telemarketing. By conducting an analysis of obstacles and problems regarding the company, the field and the macro environment, sales promotion presents the greatest potential with the lowest risk for the company. Based on the data acquired through an empirical research, the company will post their contact phone number on Google. In addition, the company could grow by offering storage services, but the risk in terms of investment is greater.
