Title:Vloga subjektivnega čustvenega blagostanja pri nakupu nepremičnin : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Nakup nepremičnine je za številne posameznike nevsakdanji in pogosto le enkratni dogodek. Čeprav se ekonomija redko neposredno ukvarja s čustvenimi vprašanji, je teorija cen v praksi pogosto odvisna od t. i. špekulativnih mehurčkov. V magistrskem delu smo si prizadevali prikazati bolj strukturirano vlogo čustvene vpetosti potencialnih kupcev nepremičnin, in sicer podrobneje prikazati vlogo subjektivnega čustvenega blagostanja pri njihovi nakupni odločitvi. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kako se stopnja zadovoljstva z življenjem v medsebojni korelaciji s pozitivnim in negativnim čustvovanjem potencialnih kupcev nepremičnin povezuje z zunanjimi pričakovanji glede nakupa nepremičnin in z zadovoljstvom trenutnega stanovanjskega statusa tako po fizičnih, bivalnih kot tudi socioekonomskih dejavnikih. Ker po svoji stroki nismo psihologi, dopuščamo možnost, da lahko med magistrskim delom naletimo na morebitna odstopanja oziroma napake v premalo natančni obrazložitvi definicij oziroma rezultatov, ki so gledano s stališča psihologov lahko tudi vprašljiva. Magistrsko delo in empirično raziskavo je treba razumeti v smislu, da smo kot nepsihologi želeli raziskovati tiste psihološke parametre, za katere menimo, da na eni strani bistveno vplivajo na rezultate naše raziskave, na drugi strani pa so lahko osnova za nadaljnje raziskave psiholoških strokovnjakov, saj prispevek k znanosti vidimo v tem, da segamo na še neobdelano področje dejavnikov, ki spadajo v psihološko stroko.

Abstract:Buying real estate is an unusual and often one-time event for many individuals. Although economics rarely deals directly with emotional issues, price theory in practice often depends on the so-called speculative bubbles. In the master's thesis it was sought to show a more structured role of emotional involvement of potential real estate buyers, namely to show in more detail the role of subjective emotional well-being in their purchasing decision. The purpose of the study was to determine how the level of life satisfaction correlates with the positive and negative emotions of potential real estate buyers with external expectations regarding the purchase of real estate and the satisfaction with current housing status by physical, residential and socioeconomic factors. Since the author is not a psychologist by profession, there is the possibility that the master's thesis encompasses possible deviations or errors in the inaccurate explanation of definitions or results, which from the point of view of psychologists may also be questionable. The master's thesis and the empirical research should be understood in the sense that the intent of the author as a non-psychologist was to explore those psychological parameters that are believed on one hand to significantly affect the results of the research, and on the other hand can be the basis for further research by psychological professionals. The contribution to science is in the fact that the research reaches into the still unexplored field of factors that belong to the psychological profession.
