Abstract:The topic "General analysis of the real estate management industry" includes a broad analysis of the real estate management industry, where with special emphasis will be explained and analyzed in the topic: Types of real estate, interests in real estate , forms of property ownership, real estate functions, types of real estate, ownership of real estate, cash flow in properties, the impact of the economy on the real estate market, economic impacts on specific types of properties, analysis economic and demographic, government and policy factors, local supply and demand analysis, proper property specific liability, accounting standards, real estate income statement, real estate balance sheet, real estate cash flow, valuation assets, property-capital financing, forms of capital investment, structuring issues, investors, strat use entrepreneurial equity, comparable sales, cost method, asset value versus capital value, impact of on-site financing, strategic financing of corporate real estate, financing structures, alternative sources of capital for real estate of corporate, capital stack, use of debt to increase capital returns. So through this paper we have tried to present an overview of real estate management and its industry as a functional unit.
