Title:Komunikacija med vzgojitelji in starši v Sloveniji, v času covida-19 : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Diplomska naloga Komunikacija med vzgojitelji in starši v Sloveniji, v času covida-19 je sestavljena iz dveh delov: teoretičnega in empiričnega. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali pomen vrtca in vzgojiteljev. Nalogo smo nadaljevali z razlago besede komunikacija ter opisali načine komunikacije v vrtcu med vzgojitelji in med vzgojitelji in starši pred in tudi po epidemiji covida-19. Razložili smo tudi, kateri ukrepi so bili predvideni, udejanjeni in vplivni proti epidemiji covida-19. V empiričnem delu naloge smo predstavili rezultate, ki smo jih pridobili z intervjuvanjem vzgojiteljev. S pomočjo intervjuja smo želeli izvedeti, na kakšen način so vzgojitelji komunicirali s starši med tako imenovanim »lockdownom« v spomladanskem obdobju 2020, in raziskati, kako komunicirajo vzgojitelji med epidemijo, ko so vrtci normalno odprti, ob upoštevanju vseh priporočil NIJZ in navodil vodstva vrtca. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da so vzgojitelji med covidom-19 imeli težave pri komunikaciji s starši ob hkratnem upoštevanju vseh navodil vodstva vrtca ter navodil NIJZ. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da med spomladanskim zaprtjem vrtcev v letu 2020 vzgojitelji niso dovolj komunicirali s starši, saj so se znašli v nepoznanih situacijah. V letu 2021 so zato uporabili različne izvirne metode komuniciranja s starši, s tem pa izkazali tudi boljšo skrb za posameznega otroka v varstvu.

Abstract:The diploma Work Communication among educators and parents in Slovenia during covid-19 consists of two parts – theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, we described the meaning of kindergarten and kindergarten teachers. We continued the task with an explanation of the noun communication and described different manners of communication between kindergarten teachers and also among educators and parents in the times before, during and after the epidemic of covid-19. We also explained, which measures have been foreseen, effectuated and influental to the epidemic. We introduced and presented the results that we gained with interviewing educators, in the empirical part of the diploma work. We wanted to find out, through an interview, which types of communication educators used during lockdown of spring 2020. We also wanted to look into the communication bearing in mind all the instructions from NIJZ and the kindergarten itself. During the reseach we found out that kindergarten teachers had problems with officient communication with parents, having to also follow all the NIJZ guidelines. Results showed that during spring closure of the kindergartens, educators did not communicate with parents enough, as they appeared in an unknown situation. Different original ways of communication were introduced in 2021, as they had addapted to the situation, and with those, better care of individuals was guaranteed.
