Abstract:Diplomska naloga Primerjalna analiza med vodji organizacij v RS z značilnostjo psihopatije kot odklonskega vedenja na delovnem mestu se osredotoča na osebnostne značilnosti vodij in kako te vplivajo na vodenje. Rezultati so bili pridobljeni z intervjuji; gre torej za kvalitativno raziskavo. V nalogi najprej opredelimo pojem vodenja ter razčlenimo nekatere pomembnejše stile vodenja (transakcijsko in transformacijsko vodenje). S pomočjo odgovorov ugotovimo, da so med intervjuvanimi vodjami tri transakacijske vodje ter dve transformacijski vodje. Sklepamo lahko, da je vodenje v Sloveniji na precej visokem nivoju in močno usmerjeno v odnose. Razlik v vodenju, glede na to, ali gre za neprofitne organizacije ali za podjetja, ne opazimo. Možno je, da imamo premajhen vzorec ali pa da so razlike v vodenju resnično zanemarljive. Ugotovimo tudi, da vodje svojega stila vodenja ne spreminjajo in ne prilagajajo. Kriza zaradi covid-19 na vodje in na vodenje ni imela velikega vpliva. V nadaljevanju diplomske naloge razčlenimo in opredelimo tudi pojem osebnosti in vrednot. Ugotovimo, da so te med seboj močno povezane. S pomočjo kvalitativne raziskave ugotovimo, da ne obstaja le povezava med vrednotami in osebnostnimi značilnostmi, ampak vse te močno vplivajo tudi na vodenje. V diplomski nalogi opredelimo nekaj značilnosti uspešnih vodij. Opazimo, da se kar nekaj teh značilnosti prepleta z značilnostmi naših intervjuvanih vodij. V končnem delu diplomske naloge se osredotočimo na odklonsko vedenje na delovnem mestu, in sicer, še natančneje, na psihopatsko osebnostno motnjo. Kvalitativna raziskava nam pove, da vodje na svojem delovnem mestu nimajo rednega opravka s takimi osebami. Večina vodij pa se strinja, da so se že srečali in imeli opravka z osebami z odklonskim vedenjem, kar je negativno vplivalo na delovno okolje.

Abstract:Graduation thesis Comparative analysis between the leaders of organizations in the Republic of Slovenia with the characteristic of psychopathy as a deviant behavior in the workplace focuses on the personal characteristics of leaders and how they affect leadership. Results were obtained through interviews; therefore it's qualitative research. In the thesis, we first define the concept of leadership and analyse some important leadership styles (transactional and transformational leadership). With the help of the answers, we can determine that among the interviewed leaders there are three transactional leaders and two transformational leaders. We can conclude that leadership in Slovenia is at a fairly high level and strongly focused on relations. We do not notice any differences in leadership, regardless of whether they are non-profit organizations or companies. It is possible that our sample is too small or that the differences in leadership between the two are really negligible. We also find that leaders do not change or adapt their leadership style. The Covid-19 crisis did not have much of an impact on leaders and leadership. In the continuation of the graduation thesis, we also analyse and define the concept of personality and values. We find that these are strongly interrelated. With the help of qualitative research, we establish that not only is there a connection between values and personality traits, but all of these also have a strong impact on leadership. In the graduation thesis we also define some characteristics of successful leaders. We notice that quite a few of these characteristics are intertwined with the characteristics of our interviewed leaders. In the final part of the thesis, we focus on deviant behavior in the workplace, and more specifically on psychopathic personality disorder. Qualitative research tells us that leaders in their workplace do not regularly have dealings with such people. Most leaders, however, agree that they have already met and dealt with people with deviant behavior, which has negatively affected the work environment.
