Title:Vpliv zdravljenja zasvojenosti na osebno rast uporabnikov v terapevtski skupnosti društva projekt človek – sopotnica : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Temo diplomske naloge zasvojenost smo izbrali, ker se nam zdi precej aktualen problem današnjega časa. Z zasvojenostjo se zaradi različnih dejavnikov srečuje vsak dan več ljudi. Posamezniki, ki se zavejo problema zasvojenosti, se pogosto odločijo, da pomoč poiščejo v neprofitnih organizacijah, namenjenih zdravljenju zasvojenosti. V diplomski nalogi preverjamo, kako zdravljenje zasvojenosti v terapevtski skupnosti Sopotnica vpliva na osebno rast uporabnikov. Preverili smo, kako so se spreminjale delovne navade, strategije reševanja problemov in počutje uporabnikov tekom zdravljenja. Vzorec raziskave predstavljajo trije uporabniki, ki so v terapevtsko skupnost vključeni že najmanj deset mesecev. Uporabnike, ki imajo za sabo že nekajmesečno bivanje v skupnosti, smo izbrali z namenom, da bi preverili kakšne spremembe so dosegli od začetka zdravljenja do danes. Kot metodo raziskovanja smo uporabili intervju. Ugotovili smo, da kljub težkim začetkom v skupnosti, uporabniki vidijo in cenijo svoj napredek. Vsi sodelujoči v raziskavi poročajo o drastičnem izboljšanju počutja, boljšem spoprijemanju s problemi ter dobro izoblikovanimi delovnimi navadami. Intervjuvanci poročajo, da jim je zdravljenje v terapevtski skupnosti omogočilo globlji pogled vase. Poleg tega so se prvič soočili s samorazkrivanjem s pomočjo terapevtov v skupnosti. V terapevtski skupnosti so s souporabniki vzpostavili pristen, odprt in zaupanja vreden odnos. Po njihovem mnenju jih je program terapevtske skupnosti dobro pripravil za reintegracijo v družbo.

Title:The influence of addiction treatment on personal growth of users in the Društvo projekt človek therapeutic community – Sopotnica : diploma thesis
Abstract:Theme of diploma thesis, addiction, was chosen because we believe it to be an active problem of our time. Due to different circumstances, more and more people cross paths with addiction. Individuals, who become aware of problematic of their addiction, often decide to seek help with nonprofit organizations dedicated to battling addiction. Within our diploma thesis we are testing how treatment in therapeutic community Sopotnica influences personal growth of its users. We followed change in work habits, problem solving and overall feeling of the users during treatment. Our test group is made up of three people who have been a part of therapeutic community for minimum of ten months. People who already have a few months of stay behind them were chosen with intention of checking their progress compared to the start of the treatment. We used an interview as a research method. We found out that despite the rough start at the beginning, users notice and appreciate their progress. All participants are reporting drastic improvement in their mood, better problem solving strategies and improvements in their work habits. Interviewees report that treatment in the therapeutic community has given them a deeper insight into themselves. In addition, they faced self-disclosure for the first time with the help of community therapists. In the therapeutic community, they have established a genuine, open and trustworthy relationship with co-users. According to them, the therapeutic community program prepared them well for reintegration into society.
