Title:Organiziranje delovnih timov kot druga managerska funkcija : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Če primerjamo manjše in večje organizacije vidimo, da večina njihovih poslov temelji na timskem delu. Ker se je poslovna konkurenca začela pojavljati povsod okoli nas, za laţji poslovni uspeh delavci dopolnjujejo svoje ideje, sposobnosti, spretnosti in medsebojno znanje in na takšen način si pomagajo pri ustvarjanju ciljev. Timsko delo temelji na članih ekipe, ki so med seboj povezani in si vsi prizadevajo doseči isti oz. skupni cilj. Seveda ima, tako kot pri vsaki organizaciji vse to svoje prednosti in slabosti. Na začetku diplomske naloge smo opredelili osnovne pojme organizacije, timskega dela, motivacije, delovne kulture in klime in podobne pojme za laţjo predstavo. V empiričnem delu smo na podlagi kvalitativnega raziskovalnega intervjuja, ki smo ga izvedli v organizaciji Radio televizija Slovenija, na podlagi vnaprej pripravljenih vprašanj, ki so bila enako zastavljena vsem intervjuvancem, raziskali njihovo mnenje o timskem delu, načinu dela v organizaciji, komunikaciji med seboj, motivaciji na delovnem mestu in podobno. Ugotovili in raziskali smo, da timsko delo dobro vpliva na zaposlene, saj tako spoznajo osebe, ki jih brez načina skupnega dela ne bi spoznali, si zaupajo, sodelujejo, pomagajo in delo opravijo hitreje in laţje kot samostojno. Zaposlenim motivacijo za timsko delo predstavlja dejstvo, da bodo dosegli odličen rezultat in da bo delo dobro opravljeno ter pohvaljeno s strani nadrejenih, prav tako pa je bistvena motivacija, da bo delo tudi vidno in dobronamerno. Ugotovili smo, da zaposlenim timsko delo predstavlja pozitivno naravnanost, saj so našteli več prednosti kot pa slabosti. Slabost timskega dela je slaba komunikacija, ki se po besedah udeleţencev v raziskavi zna bolje razviti, ko se sodelavci med seboj dobro spoznajo in določijo jasna ter natančna navodila za vse.

Abstract:If we compare smaller and bigger organizations, we can see that the majority of business are based on teamwork. Since business competition has been emerging all around us, workers complement their ideas, competence, skills, and mutual knowledge for easier business success. In such way they help each other in creating objectives. Teamwork is based on related team members, who all strive to achieve the same or mutual objective. Of course, all this has advantages and disadvantages as it is typical for every organization. First, we defined basic terms of organization, teamwork, motivation, work culture and atmosphere, and similar terms for a better understanding. Based on the qualitative research interview that was carried out in organization of the RTV Slovenia based on the pre-prepared questions that were equal for all participants, in the empirical part we surveyed their opinion on teamwork, methods of work in organization, mutual communication, motivation at workplace and similar. We established and researched that teamwork has a good influence on employees as in this way they meet people they otherwise would not, they trust each other, cooperate, help each other, and complete the work faster and easier that they would on their own. Employees get their motivation from the fact that they will receive an excellent result and that the work will be completed very good and acknowledged by the managers. At the same time, motivation for work to be visible and carried out in good faith is also essential. We established that teamwork means a positive attitude for employees as they stated more advantages than disadvantages. Disadvantage of teamwork is a poor communication, which, according to the survey participants, can develop better when colleagues get to know each other well and set clear and precise instructions for everyone.
