Title:Upravljanje zaupnih in občutljivih informacij družbe : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Gospodarske družbe se ob vsakodnevnem poslovanju srečajo z različnimi informacijami, ki jih razvrščajo v kategorije: javno, interno, zaupno in strogo zaupno. Če informacije niso javne, imajo družbe interes zaupne in občutljive informacije obdržati interno, zato z njimi upravljajo in ravnajo po navodilih, sprejetih v internih aktih upravnega odbora. Med občutljive in zaupne informacije štejemo poslovno skrivnost, osebne podatke in ostale interne informacije družbe. Načini in metode ohranjanja tovrstnih informacij v družbah se z leti spreminjajo. Ob prvotnih načinih, kot so varno shranjevanje papirnatih dokumentov in varno uničevanje ter ozaveščanju zaposlenih, so se z informacijsko- komunikacijsko dobo razvile še ostale metode upravljanja, ki opisujejo varno elektronsko poslovanje in komunikacijo ter sisteme upravljanja varovanja informacij. Vsi pristopi in načini ohranjanja informacij so potrjeni z zakonsko podlago, ki narekuje določena pravila in omejitve. Prav tako pa se v 21. stoletju pojavijo drugačne možnosti odtujitve in zlorabe raznih poslovnih skrivnosti in osebnih podatkov. Tudi za te primere zakonodaja narekuje primerne sodne postopke in sankcije. Gospodarske družbe lahko s pravilnim ravnanjem in upoštevanjem navodil uspešno ohranjajo zaupnost, celovitost in dostopnost informacij. Vedno pa kljub vsem načinom upravljanja ostaja nek odstotek, ki lahko pripelje do določenih posledic. Navsezadnje živimo v informacijski dobi, s hitrim napredkom informatike in s tem z večjimi izzivi ohranjanja informacijske varnosti.

Abstract:In day-to-day operations, companies encounter a variety of information, which they classify into categories: public, internal, confidential and strictly confidential. Compaies have an interest in keeping confidential and sensitive information internally, so they manage and act accordin to the instructions of the internal adopt acts from the board of directors. Sensitive and confidential information includes business secrets, personal data and other internal informations of the company. Methods and the ways of preserving this kind of information in companies changed over the years. In addition to the original methods, such as the safe storage of paper documents and the safe destruction policy and also awareness of employees, other management methods have been developed over the information and communication era, describing secure electronic business and communication and information secrity management system. All approaches and ways of preserving information and restrictions. Also, in the 21st century, different possibilities of alienation and misuse of various business secrets and personal data appear. The legislation also dictates appropriate court proceedings and sanctions. By acting properly and following instructions, companies can successfully maintain the confidetiality, integrity and accessibility of information. However, in spite of all management methods, there is always a certain percentage that can lead to certain consequences. After all, we live in the information age, with the rapid advancement of informatics and thus the greater challenges of maintaining information securtiy.
