Abstract:Po drugi svetovni vojni so bili politični procesi stalnica na območju naše nekdanje skupne države. Diplomska naloga proučuje in predstavlja dve sojenji, ki sta potekali v petdesetih in šestdesetih letih prejšnjega stoletja zaradi kaznivih dejanj sovražne propagande in izdaje uradne skrivnosti.

Abstract:After the Second World War political processes were a constant in the area of our former common country. After dealing with the opponents of its regime in some infamous trials, the country dealt in the same way with those opponents who were part of its very creation, you could also call them internal enemies. There were quite a few of them, especially towards the end or the beginning of the disintegration of the former common country. This brings us to a man named Milovan Djilas. Today his name is almost forgotten. During the Second World War and in the post-war period, however, he was very famous and was spoken of only in superlatives. This is also confirmed by the fact that he was among the first Yugoslav communists to meet with Stalin in 1944. In just a few years Milovan Djilas, from a man of absolute power like Tito, Kardelj and Ranković, was given the status of an outcast or, as the Western media called him, the most famous dissident of all time. The degree dissertation examines and presents two trials that took place in the 1950s and 1960s for crimes of hostile propaganda and betrayal of official secrets. In addition to the aforementioned trials, the dissertation represents the disputed acts for which he was convicted, the legislation in force at the time, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the articles of which have been fully violated.
