Language: Slovenian Work type: Bachelor thesis/paper Tipology: 2.11 - Undergraduate Thesis Organization: FIZIOTERAPEVTIKA - PHYSIOTHERAPEUTICA Abstract: Uvod in namen: Parkinsonova bolezen (PB) je nevrodegenerativna bolezen z zgodnjim propadanjem dopaminergičnih nevronov v črni substanci. V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali problematiko rehabilitacije bolnikov z napredovano PB. Namen diplomskega dela je bil pregledati literaturo in ugotoviti kateri rehabilitacijski postopki so najbolj učinkoviti in kako le ti vplivajo na motorično stanje bolnikov. Metode: Uporabili smo sistematični pregled virov domače in tuje literature. Pri tem smo uporabljali spletne baze PubMed, Pedro in COBISS. Rezultati: Sistematični pregled je pokazal, da ponavljajoče se vaje in vadba na tekalni stezi pomagajo izboljšati obseg gibanja, vzdržljivost, parametre hoje, funkcionalno dosegljive dejavnosti ter zlasti posturalno stabilnost in ravnotežje. Izkazalo se je tudi, da te vaje pomagajo zmanjšati padce in strah pred padci, kar lahko neposredno ali posredno prispeva k izboljšanju ravnotežja. Uporabnost: Predstavitev pristopov rehabilitacije pri napredovani PB z namenom zmanjšanja posledic napredovane bolezni, izboljšanja kakovosti življenja bolnikov, izboljšanju diagnostike, timskega sodelovanja. Omejitve: nezaključene raziskave in raziskave, ki se na raziskovano temo ne navezujejo. Title:	Physiotherapeutic treatment of patients with advanced Parkinson's disease
Abstract:	Introduction and purpose: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease with degeneration of the dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra pars compacta. In this diploma thesis work we discussed an issue of rehabilitation of patients with advanced PD. The purpose of the thesis was to review the literature and determine which rehabilitation procedures are most effective and how they affect the motor function of patients. Methods: We used a systematic approach to collection and analyse articles of domestic and foreign literature. We used the online databases PubMed, Pedro, Google Scholar and professional literature from the library. Results: A systematic review showed that repetitive exercises and treadmill exercise help to improve range of motion, endurance, gait parameters, functionally achievable activities, and especially postural stability and balance. These exercises have also been shown to help reduce falls and fear of falls, which can directly or indirectly contribute to improving balance. Usability: Presentation of rehabilitation approaches in advanced PD in order to reduce the consequences of advanced disease, improve the quality of life of patients, improve diagnostics, teamwork. Limitations: unfinished research and research that is not related to the research topic.
