Title:Vloga prehranskih dopolnil pri mišični regeneraciji

Abstract:Vnos hrane in hranil v telo je pomembno za aktivno in harmonično življenje človeka kot tudi vsakega drugega živega bitja. Ustroj telesa je zelo samozadosten in dejansko samostojen. Ker se ljudje v svojem življenju soočamo z raznimi padci in poškodbami, je zelo dobrodošlo, da znamo in zmoremo podpreti svoje telo v najboljši meri. Prehranska dopolnila so eden od odličnih načinov, kako lahko s pravim vnosom določenega prehranskega dopolnila, prispevamo in pospešimo samo regeneracijo, ko je to potrebno. Obravnavana prehranska dopolnila proteini, aminokislina z razvejeno verigo (BCAA), kreatin in omega-3 MK v zaključnem delu v veliki meri pripomorejo k sintezi mišičnih proteinov, lajšanju vnetnih procesov in s tem izločanju odpadnih snovi, pospešujejo celični metabolizem in dvigujejo raven imunosti. Skupaj z ustrezno izbrano telesno aktivnostjo prispevajo k boljši in učinkovitejši regeneraciji poškodovanega mišičnega tkiva.

Title:Roll of food supplements in muscle regeneration
Abstract:The intake of food and nutrients in the body is important for the active and harmonious life of man as well as any other living being. The structure of the body is very self-sufficient and independent. As people face various falls and injuries in their lives, it is very welcome to know and to be able to support our body to the best of our ability. Dietary supplements are one of the great ways how we can contribute with the right intake of a particular dietary supplement and accelerate regeneration itself when needed. The considered dietary supplements proteins, Branched-chain amino acid (BCAA), creatine and omega 3 fatty acids greatly contribute to the synthesis of muscle proteins, alleviate inflammatory processes and thus the excretion of waste products, accelerate cellular metabolism and raise the level of immunity. Together with properly selected physical activity, it contributes to better and more efficient regeneration of damaged muscle tissue.
