Abstract:V diplomski nalogi prikažemo nekaj smernic ter načinov ocenjevanja znanstvene uspešnosti raziskovalcev.

Abstract:In this thesis, we present some guidelines and ways to assess scientific performance of scientists. In the empirical part, we describe the development of our own software solution, intended for the analysis of scientific performance of scientists. The solution consists of four modules; namely, the module for data acquisition, the module for data storage and processing, the module for data analysis, and the module for data visualization and export. We thoroughly describe each module and present its role. In the last part of the thesis, we present an example of usage of the software solution on concrete data obtained from the ORCID website, with which we confirm the existence of the “Annus Mirabilis” phenomenon.
