Abstract:Strukturo telesa delimo v večini na tri glavne skupine: endomorfija (relativna debelost), mezomorfija (relativna mišično-skeletna razvitost) in ektomorfija (relativna vitkost).

Title:Physiotherapeutic diagnosis, body composition and regeneration
Abstract:Body structure is broadly divided into three main groups: endomorphy (relative obesity), mesomorphy (relative musculoskeletal development) and ectomorphy (relative thinness). Body structure analysis can be carried out using a variety of devices, ranging from the very precise to the less so: bioelectrical impedance analysis or BIA, dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry or DXA analysis, CT, MRI and many others. The more precisely we can determine the structure of the body, the more precisely we can track how that person will respond to different physical stresses, how he or she will regenerate. Body structure represents the impact on regeneration to different physical stresses, including the response to different diseases, from minor to more complex. Therefore, the ratio of muscle mass to fat mass is important for a healthy life, especially in the process of ageing, healing or regeneration. Further research is needed to understand the regeneration process directly.
