Navedeni so potencialni izzivi in prednosti psihosocialnega svetovanja v naravi.

Title:The interest in psychosocial counseling in nature in Croatia and Slovenia : masters thesis
Abstract:The theoretical part of the master's thesis explains what psychosocial counseling is in detail and what it means that it takes place in nature. The focus is on theories and research that prove the connection between the human psyche and the body. In particular, it is explained how nature and walking affect the psyche and the body. The potential challenges and advantages of psychosocial counseling in nature are listed. The paper presents the results of research on the interest and attitude of people towards psychosocial counseling in nature. The conducted research is quantitative, and the research area includes two countries - Croatia and Slovenia. The research was conducted respecting all ethical principles and human rights. During the statistical analysis, paired T-test, Fischer's exact test and frequency display of data were used. The online questionnaire conducted for the purpose of this research included 156 respondents. The obtained results show that 86.5% of respondents are interested in trying psychosocial counseling in nature. After spending at least half an hour in nature, respondents felt calmer (92%), less stressed (87%), felt less anxiety (68%) and are more optimism when thinking about life's challenges (62%). It was found that there is a statistically significant difference in the level of calmness, stress, anxiety and optimism before and after being in nature. This research points to the need to expand the offer in the category of providing psychological counseling. We suggest the introduction of providing psychological counseling in a natural environment during a walk.
