Najpomembnejši terapevtski dejavniki skupine po mnenju uporabnikov so bili katarza (M = 22,75; SD = 2,59), skupinska kohezivnost (M = 22,19; SD = 2,22) in medosebno učenje – iznos (M = 21,53; SD = 2,44).

Title:Therapeutic factors of the group in high threshold programs intended for users of illicit drugs : diploma thesis
Abstract:The purpose of the research was to determine, which therapeutic factors of the group are rated highest in importance according to users in high threshold programs of Društvo Projekt Človek and Zavod Pelikan - Karitas, whether the importance of an individual factor of the group differs regarding the treatment phase and program the users are in. For research purposes, we performed a quantitative research using a survey questionnaire. We used an adapted Q-sort questionnaire (»Q-sort Analysis of Curative Factors«) by Irvin D. Yalom. We adapted the questionnaire by adding the Likert scale and an additional question about the importance of the group for users in their treatment process. The respondents did not sort the statements written on cards by stacks, as it is typical for the Q-sort method. The questionnaire was filled out by 32 users from two Slovenian high threshold programs – Društvo Projekt Človek (n = 13) and Zavod Pelikan Karitas (n = 19). At the time of the survey, the users were involved in treatment from one month to two years. The most important factors of the therapeutic group according to users were catharsis (M = 22,75; SD = 2,59), group cohesiveness (M = 22,19; SD = 2,22) and mutual learning – output (M = 21,53; SD = 2,44). The least important therapeutic factors of the group according to users in high threshold programs were leading (M = 19,75; SD = 3,26), altruism (M = 18,25; SD = 2,09) and identification (M = 15,69, SD = 3,87). The statistical analysis has shown that the importance of individual therapeutic factors of the group does not differ regarding the treatment phase the users are in. In analysing the last research question if the importance of individual therapeutic factors of the group differs regarding the type of the program the users are in, the statistical analysis showed that statistical differences exist only in the case of two therapeutic factors: catharsis and self-understanding. In the case of the last question about the importance of the group for their treatment process, 87% of respondents answered that the group is important or very important in their treatment process.
